Rates are not valid during blackout dates. These rates are net rates and are calculated on a nightly basis. These rates are for single and double occupancy in Canadian dollars. Applicable taxes will be added to these rates when the number of nights are less than 31 nights. Taxes may vary in accordance with provincial and municipal regulations.
All other services are subjected to applicable taxes, such as mandatory exit cleaning and parking fees.
All prices are quoted in Canadian Dollars including prices shown in our brochure or on our website. Guest(s) agree to pay the rental of the Apartment/s for the duration of the Reservation Contract and any/all applicable fees for additional services requested by the Guest(s). Payment can be made by certified check, bank draft drawn on a Canadian bank, wire transfer, or by credit card (MasterCard, VISA or AMEX), PayPal, or by major cryptocurrencies. Guest(s) are required to complete and return a Credit Card Authorization form and will be asked to complete a Digital Identity Verification with the online service provider Aver, a company with the highest level of compliance in regulations and data security.(A Corporate Guarantee can also be presented prior to reservation confirmation.) For the duration of the reservation and any extension of it, the Guest(s) agrees to pay fees for the rental of the Apartment and any additional chargeable services utilized. If a Corporate Guarantee (refer to the Corporate Guarantee for particulars) is arranged on behalf of the Guest(s), the person or entity named will be liable to pay all fees indicated and the Guest(s) will be responsible for paying all other fees, if any. Unless otherwise arranged or agreed, any balances owing will be charged to the credit card account on file without notice. A Security Deposit of $1000.00 will be held for the duration of the stay and returned to the Guest(s) between 7 to 10 business days after departure.
The first month of all new reservations must be paid in full prior to check-in. Any reservation for longer than one month will be charged on a 30-day basis (each monthly payment is due in 30-day increments from the original rental payment due date). We reserve the right to terminate any reservation if payment is not received within 3 days following the monthly due date. A late payment fee of 5% will be charged on a monthly basis.
The Guest(s) agree to indemnify Corporate Stays against loss, injury, damage, cost, action or cause of action of any nature whatsoever caused by any of the Guest(s), Permitted Occupant(s) or of any person they invite into the Apartment. CorporateStays.com is not liable in any way for any lost, damaged or stolen items of the Guest(s) used or contained in the Apartment during the Guest(s) stay or left in the Apartment once the Guest(s) has vacated, unless Guest(s) is covered by CorporateStays.com insurance plan. The Guest(s) hereby releases, remises, and forever discharges Corporate Stays, its Officers, Directors, Managers, Employees, Agents and Contractors, from any and all liability, injury, loss and damages, including personal injury and death that may arise from or in relation to the Guest(s) exclusive possession of the Apartment and use the Apartment until the Departure Date, whenever or however they occur.
The Guest(s) are requested to vacate the apartment at 11:00 A.M and arriving guests to check-in at 4:00 P.M. Early/Late check in is possible upon availability and subject to early/late check out is subject to an extra fee. Contact your Corporate Housing Specialist for more information. Changes required by the Guest(s) on the departure and arrival time must be reported to Corporate Stays for confirmation of availability. Upon request, prior arrangements can be made for return or pick up after business hours, weekends and holidays.
If there is any delay in vacating the apartment beyond the agreed time, a full day’s rental, calculated at the nightly rate will be charged to the Guest(s).
All apartment keys, parking passes, and remotes must be returned upon check-out to one of our Corporate Stays offices, or in our Corporate Stays drop-boxes. Lost or missing keys will incur an additional charge.
Cleaning services are available upon request at an extra cost. Please contact our Concierge team for additional services. Guest(s) are responsible for maintaining the overall cleanliness and condition of the interior of the apartments. Upon departure, Guest(s) are expected to leave the Apartment in the same condition that was provided at arrival or be billed for additional cleaning costs associated with the state of the apartment. Any damage caused by guests will incur a charge that will be added to your account to cover the cost of repairs.
Acceptance of changes in check-in dates are subject to availability, and remain at the sole discretion of Corporate Stays and may be viewed as a cancellation. Early check-out dates require a thirty 30 days notice or will be subject to a cancellation fee. For early termination of a reservation, rates will be adjusted based on length of stay and Guest(s) will be responsible to pay the difference between the rates, if applicable. Corporate Stays guarantees location and apartment types only.
Each destination and buildings might have policies that supersede the above. See the “Policies” section of each building for more information.
Extension not given within 30 days notice are subject to availabilty and will be incured a $150 administrative fee.
Corporate Stays must be notified in writing for any reservation cancellation. There will be a thirty 30 days penalty for any cancellations given without notice.
Reservations of less than 30 nights are non-refundable.
Length Of Stay: 30+ nights
Reservations cancelled 30+ nights prior to arrival are fully refundable.
Reservations cancelled within 30 nights of arrival will be subject to one month rent penalty.
Reservations over 30 nights – 1st 30 nights payment must be paid immediately to confirm booking.
Subsequent months will be charged on a “month by month” basis.
Cancellations will be assessed a non-refundable administration fee of $50.00
A no show is treated in the same way as a cancellation. Each destination and buildings might have policies that supersede the above. See the “Policies” section of each building for more information.
Corporate Stays has the right to terminate a reservation at any time on the grounds of abuse to staff or other guests, mistreatment of the apartment or criminal activity on the part of those occupying the apartment or their guests. In such circumstances, Corporate Stays is not obliged to provide or locate alternative accommodation. The period of notice and the refund applicable are entirely at the discretion of Corporate Stays.
Corporate Stays can terminate any reservations if rent payment is late by more than 10 days. Unless a payment agreement is in place and respected, Corporate Stays will terminate the reservation immediately and the guest won’t be able to occupy the apartment. Corporate Stays reserves the right to take legal actions against the client and claim additional fees suchs as late fees, and legal fees.
Corporate Stays has the right to terminate a reservation at any time on the grounds of abuse to staff or other guests, mistreatment of the apartment, or criminal activity on the part of those occupying the apartment or their guests. Corporate Stays is not obliged to provide or locate alternative accommodation in such circumstances. The period of notice and the refund applicable are entirely at the discretion of Corporate Stays.
CS reserves the right to relocate a reservation without notice to another apartment of a similar size in another building.
When confirming a reservation with CorporateStays, the guest is hereby obligated to respect the rules of the building in which the reservation is confirmed.
Smoking
Corporate Stays offers a smoke-free environment for all our guests. Any smoking activity in the apartment or in prohibited common areas will be subject to an automatic $500 penalty.
Behavior
Our guests are expected to behave in a manner that will not cause a disturbance to or interference with the quiet enjoyment of other residents of the building.
Guest Registration
Guests are required to inform Corporate Stays of all the names, ages, and contact information of each occupant staying in the apartment. This is mandatory information for each reservation, to ensure that our guests are safe and comply with our emergency safety procedure. Failure to provide this information could result in terminating your reservation without notice and without any refund.
Pet Registration
Pets are only allowed in properties where prior permission has been. Not all of our properties are pet friendly, and please ask the booking agent prior to reservation.
A maximum of 2 pets are permitted per unit. Each building (and unit) has specific permissions for the type and size of animal permitted. All animals must be requested and registered prior to arrival. Pet Fees apply to all pets excluding service animals. Service animals must be registered with supporting documentation prior to arrival.
Owners are responsible for the action and any damages incurred by their pet in the unit or within the building. In the event of any infringement of the aforementioned obligations, Corporate Stays at its sole discretion will be entitled to request the client to leave the apartment, and the client shall have no right to claim any type of compensation. If a client fails to comply with building pet regulations, $500.00 will be charged.
While Corporate Stays will strive to maintain accuracy and to verify details, Corporate Stays cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions that may arise. Corporate Stays also reserves the right to modify information published on the site at any time including rates, descriptions and photographs. Corporate Stays offers no warranty or representation about the fitness or suitability of any product or service advertised on its website.
