Moreover, guests have access to Sovereign Commons, a shared rooftop terrace with an open-flame fireplace, cushy seating and a built-in stainless steel barbeque; this space features a genuinely breathtaking, unparalleled view of the inner harbour, mountains and city. Panoramic views can be seen as this is a 360-degree, wrap-around communal rooftop design that includes; an outdoor kitchen, gardens and plenty of lounge seating for relaxing and rooftop dining.

Construction Notice: Guests should be aware that Victoria is a growing city, and there is building construction next door, which guests will hear throughout the day during specific times. This is at the end of the building phase, and most of the building is complete. Parking Clearance: 2.1 meters (6'8 ft.). The car elevator allows for a maximum of 205" (17ft) or 5.2 meters.
