The Neighborhood
In the Dominican Republic’s National District, the city of Santo Domingo contains a neighborhood or district called Piantini.
It is a luxury area with all the amenities and luxury stores you can imagine. The neighborhood is often not loud, very clean, well-kept, and looked after, from decorations to unique streets and buildings. The setting is very safe, and you will notice that there aren’t too many pedestrians walking as most people living there own or rent luxury cars.

Check-in is at 3 pm - Checkout is at 11 am
It’s require to notified the concierge in charge about the early departure but besides that we don’t have any other policies for early termination.

50% penalty if cancelled 31+ days before arrival

0% penalty if cancelled within 48 hours of booking. 100% penalty if cancelled 30-11 days before arrival.
10- days
100% penalty if cancelled 10 days or less before arrival.
Prepayment
If the guest has booked more than 31 days before arrival the guest will be charged a prepayment of 50% of booking and 50% 30 days before arrival. In all other cases, the guest shall pay 100% of the amount of the booking.
Payment mode and schedule – Credit Card or Bank Transfer
We accept split payments for long stays. The payment mode is credit card we accept Visa and Mastercard, the costumer pays through a payment link. The bank transfer is to an international bank which has an extra charge for US$48 for transaction fee.
