Beautiful and clean.
Easy to find free parking place.
Instructions for check-in weren’t the right ones, but people that work there were very helpful.

Excelente apartamento para disfrutar de Asunción por la localización y además para descansar, muy moderno y confortable. Lo recomiendo.

Excelente ubicación, muy bonita zona y segura, cerca de todo.
El anfitrión estuvo dispuesto a ayudar en todo sentido.
El punto a mejorar sería tener una lavadora con secadora, es muy incómodo secar la ropa en el balcón. Y frente al edificio hay una construcción que es muy ruidosa durante el día.

El lugar muy comodo. Bien ubicado. Los porteros muy amables. Hay cochera privada. El dpto cuenta con todo lo que necesitas. Lo unico hay una obra pregada se escuchan ruidos por la mañana. Pero en breve terminaran. El resto todo muy bien!!! Volveremos
This place has been so confortable for our stay, we do love the peace and quietness of the area, you can work and have some restaurants and a supermarket super near, this is a nice spot.

I stayed here for 2 weeks! Overall an ok place.
Good: Clean place that looked exactly like the photos! Underground parking was great because there were several thunderstorms. The AC in the unit was 10/10 and worked like a charm! The building was nice and quiet.
Bad: We had to pay $100 for check in because we were arriving on a weekend! Direct quote “there is a $100 charge for the afterhours service of the building Regardless if they need ECI or not, because the office is closed today” (ECI is early check in). However, our check-in was entirely self-service (we were buzzed into the building and didn’t meet anyone to assist us) so the fee seemed unnecessary. The front door code for the unit didn’t work, + we were unable to get into the unit for an hour until someone finally came to help reset it. The lock continued to lock us out intermittently. The TV was slow and glitchy, frequently lost its internet connection (sometimes every 15mins), and the back button on the remote didn’t work.
Easy to deal with, instructions were clear and this was a great spot.
