I stayed here for 2 weeks! Overall an ok place.Good: Clean place that looked exactly like the photos! Underground parking was great because there were several thunderstorms. The AC in the unit was 10/10 and worked like a charm! The building was nice and quiet.Bad: We had to pay $100 for check in because we were arriving on a weekend! Direct quote “there is a $100 charge for the afterhours service of the building Regardless if they need ECI or not, because the office is closed today” (ECI is early check in). However, our check-in was entirely self-service (we were buzzed into the building and didn’t meet anyone to assist us) so the fee seemed unnecessary. The front door code for the unit didn’t work, + we were unable to get into the unit for an hour until someone finally came to help reset it. The lock continued to lock us out intermittently. The TV was slow and glitchy, frequently lost its internet connection (sometimes every 15mins), and the back button on the remote didn’t work.
