Das Appartment ist sehr schön, und hochwertig. Durch den Wachdienst auch sehr sicher. In der Küche ist alles da was man braucht sogar einen Airfryer. Auch bei Problemen z.B. mit der Klimaanlage wurde sehr flott Abhilfe geschaffen Super Service.

Para alojarse en Asunción es EL LUGAR para estar. Cerca de todo y a la vez un barrio silencioso, seguro y muy tranquilo. Cada vez que vuelva a ASUNCIÓN volveré acá. Así nomás.

Buena ubicación, cómodo, el estacionamiento es en subsuelo si tiene vehículo de 7 pasajeros como en mi caso se sufre un poco al estacionar

I had a great stay at this apartment. It's a bit small but really clean and has all needed amenities. They also replaced the frying pan upon request. I would come back.

Stay was good. Clean and representative of photos. Communication was clear. Would stay again.

I stayed at the Margaretta for 4 months and Corporate Stays is very difficult to deal with. First I was locked out of my unit for 2 hours when they changed the locks and didn’t send the new code right away. Then there was a mouse in the unit. Corporate Stays said that they would take care of it, but left me living with the mouse for a week. Then I had to switch units 4 times including going back to the original unit after they supposedly exterminated it, but I saw a mouse again the same day I moved back. The final unit I was moved to was half the size of the one I booked. Each move to a new unit took about an hour each time, because they were far from each other. They refused to give me a discount for my troubles or for the smaller unit. Luckily Airbnb was able to force a small refund. I will never stay with Corporate Stays again. You don’t treat clients like this if you want to keep them.

Wir waren zu 5t in der Unterkunft und wirklich äußerst zufrieden. Können wir jedem weiterempfehlen, der für eine kurze Zeit dort unterkommen möchte. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden, was beschrieben wurde, sogar einen Föhn, schöner Pool mit Terrasse und Fitnessstudio. Vielen Dank für alles!

Hermoso departamento. Me quedé poco más de un mes. Súper funcional, y en especial muy silencioso. Ideal para trabajar. El anfitrión ha sido muy cordial y predispuesto a resolver inquietudes. El personal de portería muy amigable y atentos. Agradecido por mi experiencia con ellos

I would highly recommend staying with this host! The room was beautiful and quiet. The view from my window was amazing. Conveniently located walking distance to The Forks! The hosts were very responsive and helped with whatever questions I had. They left clear instructions for check-in and check-out. I would stay here again

Great location; very helpful concierges; 3 bedrooms worked really well

Excellent in every way. We had a little trouble getting the key to work in the door. Takes some wiggling in and out. I think the door lock and key could work better. Needed facecloths but I managed just fine without. I’d stay again. I highly recommend this unit.
