Nice building and clean room in a very quiet and walkable area. Great rooftop pool as well and the staff were very friendly and helpful. But when we arrived the AC in our room was broken, and it took them way too much time to figure out a solution. I had to go down to their desk twice just to check on what’s going on.

In addition, the units are not stocked well for someone who wants to cook so be aware of that. My room also didn’t come with a roll of toilet paper which seems insane, it’s the most basic thing a room should have.

Overall great building and area but the host company is not that responsive and very slow to figure out solutions if you have any issues. We’ve had better experiences with Airbnb in Panama going with private hosts instead of a corporate company like this one.

Para Verano seguro que no pasas calor, pero en invierno no lo Recomiendo.

Excelente localização, apartamento de alta qualidade e conforto que permitiu a estadia para viagem corporativa por três semanas sem nenhum percalço ou problema.

Nice little apartment with everything needed, in a good location.

The apartment was spacious, clean, nicely decorated, and located in a peaceful area with beautiful surroundings. There were plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping options nearby.
A few things could be improved. Some of the furniture is showing its age, and the living room and bedrooms were quite dark, even with all the lights on. The TV could only be used with an Amazon account, but neither the guest option nor three different accounts worked, so we couldn’t use it at all during our stay. Check-in was also a bit frustrating, as it took several attempts and phone calls before the elevator could be unlocked. Lastly, a few amenities, such as the eye masks, were missing.
Overall, we had a pleasant stay thanks to the cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and convenient location.

This is a great location, the mall, grocery store and restaurants are in walking distance.

Most coffee cups in the cupboard were unwashed with dried coffee in the bottom. The kitchen has a saucepan and stockpot for cooking which doesn't add up to the description of a kitchen to meet your cooking needs. The kitchen countops were either stained or dirty. When you first walk in the initial impression is great Closer inspection revealed a lot to be desired.I alerted them to a pre-existing bathroom door that was pulling of its hinges. Their staff person filled out my form to get my security deposit back and wrote the damage occurred during my stay. I wrote back to them that I was merely letting them know of preexisting damage and requested they confirm that I would not be liable for that. Despite a couple of attempts to have them respond I have not been answered on this point. It's 11 business days since we departed. Deposit refunds take 10-14 days so I won't know until after the deadline passes for writing this review. There were other issues as well, but suffice to say, despite the great location and good price, I won't do any repeat stays with this company.

Geweldig appartement, onderscheid zich voornamelijk op hygienisch vlak. Heel fijn om na een aantal mindere ervaringen in Asuncion pletvrije lakens en beddengoed aan te treffen. Hier kom ik graag terug. Scoort een 10. Ik raad dit appartement aan, schoon, veilig, goede locatie en goede communicatie 👌

I stayed here for 2 months and my time here was pleasant. I felt very safe in the neighborhood and had mostly everything I needed. There is a grocery store 7 minutes walking distance from the Airbnb and very close to the main road which was a plus. There is a washer and dryer machine available on the top floor for use but it costs around $2.50 per load and you have to bring your own detergent. It was a bit hard figuring out how to work it in the beginning but once you do, there should be no issues. The view from the balcony for sunsets and sunrises is also beautiful and definitely influenced my decision to stay here. I would recommend this place, it’s comfortable and close to the city as well.

We were so happy with both the apartment, the responsiveness of the host, small details were addressed immediately. The location was perfect! Would use corporate stays again in a heartbeat!

Short of it, they were cheaper by 50$ from a hotel right beside them but they did not offer parking, we had to park on the road, they charge a 35$/night fee for "convenient parking", had I known, i would've picked the hotel beside.

Bed was stiff, washcloths were dirty with mascara on them.
