Muy bueno el departamento, super comodo, excelente la ubicación cerca de lo shopping del Sol y Paseo Galeria y para reuniones también Ya que están la mayoria de las empresas por la zona. El Depto muy limpio y la persona de seguridad muy amable y en esta oportunidad alquile auto asi que me vino bien tener cochera. Excelente todo, vamos a volver

I had an excellent stay with Corporate Stays at First Del Sol in Asunción. The apartment was modern, clean, well-maintained, and exactly as advertised. The location was outstanding, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, cafés, and the business district, making it convenient for both work and leisure.

The building amenities were impressive, and I especially appreciated the security, professionalism, and responsiveness of the Corporate Stays team throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and any questions I had were handled promptly.

As someone who travels frequently, I can confidently say this was one of the best extended-stay experiences I’ve had. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend Corporate Stays and First Del Sol to anyone visiting Asunción.

Fantastic place to stay short and long term. The bathroom door was a bit busted and some small things could have been better, but overall it was 100% worth the stay and price and I'd stay there again if I had to.

La ubicacion es excelente, cerca de todo y en una zona tranquila, los porteros/guardias del edificio son muy amables. El dpto es comodo y completo. Muy recomendable

Stayed in Valeria’s place for a few weeks and it was great! Grocery store, cafes, and mariscal mall within a 10 minute walk. The place was clean, and the kitchen has all essentials if youre looking to cook aswell. Also concierge was very helpful even despite the language barrier! 10/10 recommend

Todo muy lindo y bien solo que tuvimos una confusión con el tema de la privacidad por hay q inquilinos en la parte de arriba y no se especifica en el airbnb pero aparte de eso todo perfecto recomiendo una buena conversación con el host ya que yo le pregunté y me dijo que era privado sin decir el tema de los vecinos pero puede ser que haya sido una mala comunicación solo
