The experience was terrible. There was a problem with air conditioning that was never fixed for 3 of the planned 5 days. We had to leave and get a refund.

It was a good vacation at this place so quiet, peaceful, very clean, you can work to buy whatever you want. It’s amazing this place. I recommend you.

Great location.
Host communication was okay. Responses were a little delayed at times, and less courteous than the norm. Not to say host was rude, but certainly not the most hospitable.
Room was clean where it matters (bed, bathroom, kitchen) but floor was very dirty and windowsills were extremely dusty.
Bring your own soaps, or message host before your arrival for needed toiletries.
If you have multiple bags, ask well in advance if they can hold on to them before or after checkout. They could not in either case for us, so we had to do a late checkout to keep our bags in the room before our journey back home.

Positive:
What we enjoy about this location is that everything is close and walking distance, and we get beautiful views.

Negative:
If you're a continual guest, why do they continue to charge for early check-in

Pros: very comfortable mattress. Clean unit. Walkable to major malls and dining. Great gym. Beautiful view from the apartment.

Cons: uncomfortable pillows. No toaster. No bread knife (and the supermarkets generally don't have slicers). No coffee filters. No laundry soap. A dirty dish sponge. (I carry my own exactly because so many hosts fail this basic test.) No instructions on how to use the induction cooktop or how to dispose of the garbage. Neither the host nor Google was helpful in finding instructions for using the cooktop. I figured it out by trial and error.

In short, an uncaring corporate host who runs a hospitality business with no local people and does not pay attention to the small details that make for a great guest experience. It would take so little to address the deficiencies, and yet, they don't care.

I would stay in this building again. I would avoid this host, if possible. They're not awful. They're just mediocre, at best.

Buen dpto para algunos días ! Mucho más si sos de pedir delivery, vivo hace varios años en Asunción constantemente en edificios y esta es una de las mejores vistas ! Si sos soltero y pintan un par de perras , alquílalo rey

Funcional depto tipo boutique con gentilezas del anfitrión para sus huéspedes. Ubicación privilegiada y aun así, tranquila para poder descansar. De nuestros favoritos en Asuncion.

Comunicación cordial y se aceptaron sugerencias sin ser descorteces, hay locadores que parecen perros carceleros,( me pasó en Bariloche), Valeria es muy genial y respetuosa

It was ok with nice amenities but getting in was a struggle and communication wasn’t all that good

The place matches the photos. Nice place to stay.

Checkout procedures were confusing. From the original check in message - check out instructions were included which was leaving the fob key and parking remote inside the apartment where I found them upon check in.

After check in, I received another message to return the fob key and remote to the reception upon check out (but I had never see anyone working at the reception in the 4 days stay).

I needed to leave early, before 7 am, so I messaged back and asked if someone would be at the reception early or I could leave the fob key and remote inside the apartment (since the door has electronic lock). The reply received was I had to return them to the reception.

On the day I checked out (7am). There was no one working at the reception (as expected). So I went back up to the apartment and left the key and remote inside side the apartment.

Also the daily parking was expensive!
