The apartment, which was a replacement for a very unsatisfactory apartment in the same complex, was a completely different experience. It was larger with a separate bedroom and a nice view over trees.

It had most things needed with the exception of spare rubbish bags, a brush for the dustpan, a pair of scissors and a decent, strong corkscrew.

I would recommend this and Corporate Stays. The receptionists at the entry desk unfortunately didn’t speak English but tried to be helpful and were friendly.

Nice apartment—bright, spacious, and clean. There is a washing machine on the same floor, and check-in was easy with the digital lock. Friendly personnel. Convenient central location; it's easy to get an Uber/Bolt to points of interest or just walk around

Nice place, nice neighborhood.

Localizado en Costa Del Este, muy bien ubicado. Hay restaurantes, mall y fácil acceso a todos lados y aparte se puede caminar alrededor sin preocupación. El apartamento muy limpio y cómodo. La seguridad en el área también estuvo muy bien.

If you’re staying in Asuncion, this is easily one of the best places. You’ll find the suite well equipped for a longer stay as well as a number of good amenities in the building such as a pool. The security guards are friendly. The location is ideal, close to two of the major malls. Would highly recommend.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo en este airbnb. Lo recomiendo por la comodidad y los amenities que ofrece. Lo unico que tienen que saber es que está arriba de un garaje, así que a veces los autos hacen ruido. ´Del resto todo impecable!

La ubicación del lugar está buenísima, walking distance de varios lugares para comer, entretener. El apartamento muy bonito, cómodo, tal cual descrito. La piscina muy buena. Lo recomiendo!
