Check-in is self-guided and coordinated directly with our team, who will send detailed entry instructions, door codes, and any building-specific access notes ahead of arrival. The building offers doorman service and elevator access to all floors, and early luggage drop-off can be arranged for guests arriving before standard check-in. This modern studio spans 410 square feet (about 38 m²), laid out as an efficient, open-plan retreat where the sleeping and living areas share one bright, well-appointed space. Room-darkening shades and a private patio/balcony complete the living area, while the kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking and extended stays: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and blender, backed by a full set of cookware, dishes, silverware, and wine glasses, all anchored by a dining table for everyday meals. The single bathroom comes stocked with body soap, shampoo, conditioner, and a hair dryer, and a washer plus iron and hangers keep laundry and packing simple for longer stays. Air conditioning and heating cover the unit year-round, and a smoke detector and fire extinguisher are in place for safety. Cable TV and wireless internet keep guests connected, and bed linens, towels, and extra pillows and blankets are provided throughout.
