Luxury Condo with an amazing location .. highly recommend. Just fyi. have to register for parking which is extra $250.00.. for long stays.
Great location, communication with the team was great, very responsive. Overall , I had a wonderful time.

This apartment was so clean and comfortable! Excellent location, walkable to just about everything downtown! CS checked in throughout my stay and was always very responsive to any questions I had.
The property was fine but there was a lot of confusion surrounding check in and parking space.
Samer was a great host and we will definitely always book whenever we are in Laval. The place is very clean, quiet and very close to a lot of restaurants and activities.

Positive: Nada, todo estuvo pésimo.
Negative: Las instrucciones de entrada me las dieron 2 horas después de la hora del check in, al momento de la entrada tardamos más de 30min en entrar porque los oficiales de la entrada no tenían mi información. La puerta del lugar estaba abierta, habían cabellos por todo el apartamento, ropa sucia, olor humedad y la cama estaba desordenada y con cabellos, no pudimos hospedarnos en ese lugar, lo peor Boking contactó al w encargado del lugar y le colgaron la llamada ósea no se hicieron responsables, al final solo tarde 10min en el lugar y me cobraron las 2 noches. Un lugar sin condiciones de aseo.
New building in Costa del Este, walkable area 5 minutes to mall with cinemas and restaurants etc. Great that Airbnb guests can use great building common areas like gym etc, as well as free parking. We would have liked to be able to check in a bit early but that was not possible but this was a minor thing. All in all we would recommend staying here.
The apartment was exactly what we needed. The check-in process was very clear and everything was as described. The apartment was immaculate. Messages were responded to promptly and the management was very kind and gracious. I'd absolutely stay here again.

Had some unfortunate issues checking in, the door codes to the building provided didn't work, and had to spend time with the Corporate Stays central support office to get a workaround together, ended up taking about 45 mins to actually get into the building. The unit was fine, a little bit sparsely decorated, and the floor was a bit dusty, but it was adequate. Some odd responses during communications with the CS team - like I asked where to find a broom, and the CEO of CS dropped in to the chat to assist. Also I asked where I could find more small trash can bags, and they responded telling me I was only allotted two bags per visit, and could purchase more through a Corporate Stays portal.
Overall the place was fine, support was rough - but I won't be staying with any Corporate Stays units again.
Great place in the city center - everything you need is within walking distance. Very cozy and clean, with a soft and comfortable bed. The manager was responsive and always ready to help. We highly recommend «Corporate Stays»!

Boa hospedagem no tempo que fiquei em Osborne Village. Única questão que não achei boa foi a mudança do preço para estender a estadia, no qual queriam cobrar 2x mais.
Nice place however I wasn’t informed that reserving parking was mandatory.
