Great stay

Very good apartment with high quality, service is very good, the landlord always responds very quickly, also very convenient for transportation, restaurants, shopping mall, really a very cozy place.

Corporate Stays' team, especially Samer was extremely helpfully and supportive.
The unit was clean, tidy and very well located.
I highly recommend their services to everyone.

I’ve rented this place for over 2 months and I can assure you that you would regret it if you rent it;

1- You won’t sleep from the train’s noise 24/7

2- The internet wasn’t working and they made me connect with the closet wifi from a different apartment which was terribly slow.

3- Bathroom door doesn’t close.. I asked them to fix it and all I hear is sorry for 2 months…

4- Unprofessional customers service and representatives.

5- Lots of dogs in the same floor that make lots of noise.

I can go on and on. My worst experience ever.

This is a nice place with convenient location and stunning ocean view. The apartment is well designed and decorated. I loved the kitchen amenities the most. Host company’s team is very responsive and polite.

All in all, the stay was really pleasant, and comfortable. I enjoyed it and would stay there again.
Positive: I liked that the instructions were clear. The location was fantastic and very accessible, and the apartment was bright and comfortable. There were many shops and plazas within walking distance.
I had reserved a parking space in the building, which made our stay very comfortable, so we didn't have to look for parking every time we came back.
Negative: I wanted a late checkout, so I messaged the number given in the email from the management. The lady who replied said she could offer me a late check out for a fee, but she would have to see if they did not have guests checking in. She said she would confirm. Next day, I waited and had everything ready just in case, but my son was not awake. I was tired but could not rest, waiting for her confirmation. I called twice, left messages, and sent a message again, but I did not get any confirmation from her. At 11:00 (check out time), the cleaning woman knocked on the door, and said guests were checking in and she had to clean. I said no one had told me, so after she went to ask the management, they said they could give us a late check out. At that point, I was frustrated because had they confirmed early , I would not have rushed and would have rested.

Responsive hosts and great location

The location is close to the shopping center in the heart of Costa del Este. Management is friendly and responsive.

Absolutely great stay!

Amamos este edificio, es la 2da vez que nos hospedamos en él. Está ubicado en un excelente área, privilegiada, segura, bonita y con muchísimas actividades para mis hijas, incluso área verde para mi perrita. Siempre que viajamos a la ciudad ellos son mi 1era opción. Me encanta!

Location is centrally located for dining, shopping and easy access to downtown. Extra charge for a parking spot, but we were able to use free visitor parking. Beds were comfortable, but other furniture was not. Confusion on finding the correct room, we ended up trying to get into someone's apartment. Be aware of proper hallway.

Appartement fonctionnel, beaux volumes et accès facile !

The check-in instructions were unclear, upon check-in I was locked outside because they had given the wrong keypad code. I was stuck waiting outside for some time as customer service was unable to resolve the issue promptly… luckily another resident was there to assist me in entering the building. They failed to update me with updated instructions after so I ran into the issue again the next day. Finally I was informed that another guest had the same trouble, and they figured out that it was needed to enter the pound key after the code. Following that incident I was locked out yet again from the door to my unit inside because apparently the code had expired suddenly. It took a while for someone to come and fix it as it was quite late, but nonetheless, they did eventually. Last note here is that I have a service animal and they tried to charge me a pet fee of $450. For those who have a pet (not service animal) they’ll charge that fee after booking even though there’s no indication.

Bel endroit. J’étais vers l’arrière, donc tranquille. Plusieurs magasins à proximité. C’est propre et beau. Il manque un peu de vaisselle (chaudron moyen et un ouvre conserve, mais on s’organise. La porte patio ne barrait pas, mais j’étais au 2e, donc pas vraiment stressant. Le confort y est et les électroménagers vont bien. Le seul vrai problème a été que j’ai perdu 3hrs en arrivant car ils avaient oublié de me donner une carte d’accès au parking et je devais surveiller ma voiture pour ne pas être remorquée. Chaque fois que j’appelais. On me disait que quelqu’un allait venir me donner une carte dans pas long, mais ça a été au lendemain seulement. Bref, le même soir ils ont finalement pensé à un autre moyen que j’accède au stationnement en m’assignant un # et en m’indiquant comment je pouvais aller ouvrir la porte de garage par l’intérieur à l’aide de la puce que j’avais pour l’entrée dans l’immeuble. Globalement, c’est très bien, mais assurez vous avec eux de tout avoir.

I love this place

Overall the apartment was nice and conveniently located, in a close proximity to the train station, surrounded by multiple restaurants. However, it certainly required some repairs (e.g. broken blinds in the bedroom, weirdly loud AC) and more detailed cleaning (stains on the sheets).

The whole Airbnb experience in our case was very unique since a month into our stay we received an eviction notice due to legal disagreements between the building owners and Corporate Stays. Although Corporate Stays relocated us to a new place, the process was an extreme inconvenience, adding a huge amount of unnecessary stress to our stay.

The communication with the host and the Airbnb support had its ups and downs.

On a side note, the parking is quite unique and might cause additional issues (our car was held hostage for a while, this can happen).

Even though our stay was a bit unlucky, the place itself is quite nice and worth considering :)
