This apartment met all our expectations.
It was exactly as pictured. It’s brand new and well equipped. It’s within walking distance from all 3 mayor grocery stores, very nice restaurants and coffee shops. Well equipped gym, male and female saunas and nice pool. Amazing views of the city and ocean, from the pool deck and roof top

Neat and clean place. Check in was terrible it took me 4 hours to get into my room

Property was comfortable. My only issue was that the unit faces the parking lot and the door glazing to the balcony has no window covering. The occupants are in a fishbowl. We had to cover the glazing for privacy.

The whole process dealing with "Corporate Stay" is a nightmare. They do only remote (out-of-province) communication; they have no one in Winnipeg. Their instructions are ridiculously complicated with door codes and mailbox codes. FOBs for the gym were not working. Help was indicated after 3 days (we don't have anyone locally that can help right now). They charge you a huge deposit fee, which they DO NOT REFUND, unless you fill out an online form (which doesn't work), which they don't make available unless you ask where the refund is. They still have not refunded my deposit. They charge you for every little request very quickly and do not help you if there are issues. They even asked for a "Video" to show that a FOB is not opening a door (typical online stalling tactics). They are the worst company on VRBO I have been dealing with for a long time.The apartment has significant flaws. 1. It’s right next to the train tracks and you hear trains go by 24/7. 2. The in-house ventilation system is noisy and cannot be adjusted. Be prepared to use earplugs at night if you want to sleep.In addition, cleaning was superficial, with significant dust on major surfaces. Limited cutlery (3 forks only) etc.Enough said!

Lugar muy increíble para quedarse, perfecto ubicación la más exclusiva de panama, todo cerca. Restaurantes y supermercado, a 15 minutos del aeropuerto. Definitivamente siempre que hay que viajar a Panamá hay que hospedarse aquí. Ojalá no suban el precio por noche

Great place and described exactly as is. the kitchen could use a few more cooking utensils and pots...but then again we like to cook home. would very much recommend this stay. Samar my concierge was very very helpful!

Clean unit with a sharp, modern setup. Location is an easy walk to the Saddledome, 17th Street with restaurants and shops, the CORE Shopping Centre, Stephen Avenue Walk, and trails along the Bow River.

Good location and nice place.
Had trouble with the underground parking I I reserved but they were responsive and solution relatively quickly.
I don’t recall the amenities listed on their site and my stay was short but would have been nice to have a few things available in the suit such as salt, pepper, oil, a bit of coffee. Not a lot but just enough if a traveller comes in late.

Great value and lots of amenities nearby. Spotless space. Parking was a huge plus.

I had a great stay, would recommend staying here again.

The apartment was clean and generally comfortable. Overall, it was a positive experience. However, there was an issue with the shower head that I reported early in my stay. Although I received an initial response with a repair date, the issue wasn’t resolved on time. It eventually took four days to fix, and I had to follow up multiple times without receiving updates. While the stay itself was good, the delayed communication and resolution were disappointing.

it was a great place to stay at - very clean, modern and the organization (Corporate Stay) was very helpful when we needed support such as parking or extra linens. My only issue with this apartment is that it's right by a bus stop, and every time a bus stops (which is often) there is a bell that rings and can be heard in the apartment...if you don't plan on spending too much time in the apartment, it's not a major problem...but it can be a bit annoying in the early mornings, especially if the windows are open.
Otherwise, it was well located and a nice place to stay at in Winnipeg - I would maybe stay at a unit that was on the other side to avoid the noise.

The apartment was incredible! The host is friendly and thorough. The apartment was clean, comfortable and the amenities were excellent! I would definitely recommend this listing and would stay here again in the future.

Positive: We loved the location and our apartment! The view from the balcony was lovely, breezy, and relaxing. The apartment and property were very clean. The pool area was lovely. The bed was SO comfortable and the space of the apartment is so well set up. Very safe with 24- hour security gate. We would consider buying a unit in the property and will definitely book again if we are in the area.

Go to Coco Bowls ice cream shop just down the street. You will not be disappointed.
Negative: The only thing we didn’t like was a cutting board was missing from the kitchen. We used a plate to cut our veggies and got by fine.
