VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. DO NOT BOOK HERE. The building is new and beautiful. Therefore, the apartment and appliances are also new. However, the mattresses are very uncomfortable, sunken, deformed, of poor quality, basic, used and cheap. There is ongoing new construction behind the building, and the noise is terrible. It's impossible to sleep, rest or work in the apartment. No one could be in a place with this kind of noise; it's unhealthy. Furthermore, communication with management and staff is very complex and difficult because there are five or more people handling problems that arise at the same time, and no one resolves it. One person passes the problem on to another, and no one helps to resolve it. In addition to all these inconveniences, there are many homeless people around the building, and my family and I feel very unsafe in and around the building.

Beautiful space, very modern and the amenities are wonderful. Around the corner from the popular restaurant Salvaje. I really enjoyed the spectacular view and the large space. Everything you need is already inside the unit

The condo was clean, modern, and comfortable. Once checked in, my stay was enjoyable and problem free. That said, the check-in process was a disaster. I was working until 1am that night, and I didn't feel it was worth it to pay the full early check-in fee, just to check in one hour earlier than their usual time, in order to get settled in before work. When I found the place, I followed the instructions to the letter, buzzing the appropriate buzzer number, but it wasn't going through to the person to let me in. Was on the phone with her off and on for an entire hour trying to get into the building and get to sleep, but nothing worked. It looked like I was going to have to book a hotel for the night, as I couldn't get in to the suite I'd already paid for. By sheer luck, someone came out of the building to let their dog out to pee, and I was able to get in that way. Once in the building, I was able to access the lock box with my keys. No effort was made to make amends for this headache.

El personal fue otro gran acierto: amables, cordiales y siempre precisos en sus respuestas, lo que me hizo sentir bienvenida y respaldada en todo momento. Sin duda, un lugar al que quisiéra volver y que recomiendo completamente.

The staff was always helpful and very friendly. We had an issue with hot water on the first day and they. immediately sent someone up to fix it. Nice little coffee shop downstairs. wonderful bakery around the corner. easy pick up and drop off for Uber. We will stay again if available. Only note I would give to the owner/staff - it would be nice to have a dish towel to dry dishes upon washing. and a small broom. otherwise. we had every we needed at hand.

Amazing views from our room, and especially the amenity decks. Staff was very friendly. plenty of great restaurants in the area. Only $8 Uber to heart of Panama City. This condo is in a super safe and relaxing neighborhood.

This location was a pleasant surprise - like new and very stylish. Would recommend this as a great stay and hope to return again if visiting in the future. Everything about it was above expectations.
