Very responsive to messages. Parking was an issue at this location but otherwise a nice apartment near lots of local shopping and restaurants.
The host was great! Very responsive with questions. The apt was nothing like what we saw online. Very tiny. Nowhere to unpack clothes as we were there for 5 weeks. My husband was in Toronto for surgery and they accommodated us for an extra week...much to our relief! If you book ask to see the unit on check in and ask for a change if it's not what was viewed online.
We stayed at this property for over 3 months with our family and unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. While the listing appeared suitable for a long-term stay, the reality was quite different.
There were ongoing issues throughout our time—i.e. cleaning was subpar, no AC in rooms (one unit for 1200 sq feet), water leaks, getting locked out of condo in the middle of the night, code not functional to enter building for over a week, broken bed frames with no proper bedding, staff unable to communicate in English, ventilation in hallways with disgusting smells, no hot water for over 24 hours and the list goes on. Many of these issues were never fully addressed, even after multiple calls with host.
For longer term stays, reliability and comfort are essential, and this property fell short in both areas.
We had hoped for a smooth, professional experience, but instead faced repeated inconveniences that affected our overall comfort. We would not recommend this property.

die erste Nacht mussten wir in einer Wohnung verbringen, die nicht den Bildern und dem gebuchten Setup entsprach. wir machten CS darauf aufmerksam und konnten am nächsten Tag in die Richtige Wohnung umziehen. Um fair zu bleiben, gibt es wenig zu bemängeln, es ist sauber, alles vorhanden was man braucht (Anregung an CS, vielleicht 1-2 Handtücher und Besteck mehr, ansonsten muss man unnötig oft waschen), die Lage ist gut und die zusätzlichen Annehmlichkeiten wie Pool, Sauna etc. vorhanden und auch OK.
das Sofa war etwas vergriffen, was nicht weiter schlimm war, wir haben CS darauf aufmerksam gemacht.
die Kommunikation ist manchmal etwas schleppend und nicht immer zielführend aber es wird in den meisten Fällen versucht zu helfen. es sind viele unterschiedliche Mitarbeiter, daher manchmal etwas schwierig.
alles in allem war alles gut, ob der Preis gerechtfertigt ist, muss jeder für sich entscheiden.
Me gusto mucho mi estancia ahí, fue muy cómodo, tranquilo y tenía todo.

The service was incredible, I really appreciated having professional-level support. My trip was challenging to plan, with a lot of moving pieces, so it made a huge difference and removed a lot of friction.
The apartment is brand new, clean and tastefully decorated. I also liked the area, full of new apartment buildings, nice landscaping, a grocery store within a walking distance. It felt very safe to walk around. The place also has a nice view of the nature outback.
The place was comfortable with everything I needed. I am very particular about bedding, but the bed was very nice and I slept well. I also appreciated warm floors in the bathroom.
Someone in the reviews mentioned a lot of noise from dogs, but I haven’t heard any. There is a train track near the building, but I found that a bit of white noise from my phone helped.
I really liked the layout of the apartment; it was bigger than it looked in the pictures. The internet was fast and stable.
