I appreciate how accommodating they were after I checked into a suite that was not up to par. I was moved to a different unit in a more favorable location. I appreciated the location for sure.

Excelente lugar, solo recomiendo que cosa que vayas usar checarlo muy bien y si tiene algún defecto reportarlo o mandar foto porque si no se lo van a cobrar aunque no hayas tenido la culpa.
Arcadia es un edificio súper nuevo, con muy buenas instalaciones.

The Bleury location was good. Great facilities and location. The unit has some issues (door entry had to be reset several times, AC in the second bedroom worked only 2 days - the rest of the month was down) but not bad. The cavendish location however has been a poor experience. Parking spot was taken, bathroom sink was completely clogged with hair, laundry door unhinged, smoke detector had to be replaced 3 times as it kept beeping and the unit has very poor natural light and no lights in the second bedroom. CS staff has been quick to respond and very professional. Unfortunately the quality and condition on the Cavendish location was not satisfactory.

This was my first time using Airbnb and my first visit to Toronto, so I was a bit nervous, especially for a long-term stay. But everything went smoothly, and I had a truly great experience.
The staff were very kind and supportive. Several hosts worked together and always replied quickly to any questions, which made me feel at ease. The 24-hour front desk concierge was also very helpful and made me feel safe throughout the stay.
The location was excellent—close to a supermarket, subway, cafes, and everything I needed. The area felt safe, and the apartment was just like the photos: clean, stylish, and with a beautiful view from the window.
I especially loved the shared facilities, which were modern, clean, and luxurious: a beautiful lobby, gym, yoga studio, BBQ area, outdoor pool, and several co-working spaces.
It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely love to stay here again next time I’m in Toronto. Highly recommended!

Cuando llegue, el suelo está a encharcado por una falla en el aire acondicionado. Pero lo resolvieron rápido y me dieron unos vouchers de desayuno. Aparte de eso, responden rápido y son amigables.
It couldn't be better located, 1 min away from the Jazz festival and 5 min to two different metro lines. I required an extra key and they provided it in less than 24h. Great co-working facilities.

Close to restaurants, shopping malls, transportation and parks. Has pools, jacuzzis, co work space and private salon. Amazing views of the city highly recommended
The entire building and unit were GREAT. Major issue was that I paid an extra ~35$/day for parking underground. The fob to get into the garage did not work and I was not able to park my car there once.
