We initially came for a shorter stay. Host was responsive and accommodating with requests and extensions. Had overlooked that parking was not included but was affordable.

we loved the place - everything worked out beautifully and we enjoyed the space. however, the internet sometimes went on and off for a while, which made it hard to do some work.

Nos hospedamos solo una noche para mi suegra, quien llegó alrededor de las 10:00 p.m. y salió a las 7:00 a.m. La estadía fue breve pero todo estuvo bien.

Como sugerencia para mejorar la experiencia, creo que podrían ser un poco más claros con las indicaciones de ingreso y salida. Me habría ayudado recibir un mensaje previo con instrucciones simples como: “Al llegar, dirígete a la recepción para tu registro” y “Al salir, por favor entrega la llave en recepción”.

En nuestro caso, tuvimos que llamar para confirmar que sería posible entrar a las 10:00 p.m., y afortunadamente sí lo fue. Por lo demás, todo correcto.

Amazing, clean, spacious and well-equipped property located smack dab in the middle of down-town Halifax, with easy access to the Waterfront, the Public Gardens, and many socal, shopping and dining opportunitites, thoroughly substantiating its price positioning in the rentals market. Somewhat regrettable was that there was ongoing use of construction and power tools in the building, but even so, Corporate Stays let us have some high-quality branded goodies (teddy bear for daughter, bathrobes and sleeping masks for us) as a courtesy present for our inconvenience.

We stayed at Icon Bay as a long term rental for 7 weeks. Communication was great. The beds and pillows were comfortable. There were a few situations that arose during our stay but Corporate Stays quickly dealt with the issues and rectified the situation, so we were content with the stay.

El apartamento está muy bien ubicado, y además es muy lindo tal cual se ve en la foto. Como recomendación seria bueno agregar una tabla para planchar y una televisión en la habitación, ya que al ir con un niño chico aveces para dormir tranquilo es bueno poner algo en la tv y que no tenga miedo. El resto todo excelente la pasamos muy bien. La limpieza es muy buena

Podría ser mejor.
Positive: la llegada es muy sencilla, las instrucciones son claras, el ingreso es rapido. La cama es confortable, el apartamento está bien ventilado, tiene buena luz y todos los implementos de cocina que se pudieran necesitar.
Negative: no cuidan de los detalles: las lamparitas no tienen bombillo, el TV no funciona. No hay shampoo. Las toallas estaban guardadas, no puestas. No hay ningún detalle de bienvenida como café, o agua.

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour chez vous.

Nice location and spacious apartment. A bit far from the city, but close to restaurants and a shopping mall. Communication with the host was a bit slow, as everything had to be done via email.

Enjoyed my stay, would have appreciated if the host could make more avaible standard items like paper towels etc ready, also the towels in the bathroom had hair from what I assumed was a previous guest. Otherwise from that it was a great stay would recommend, great location shops, food and supermarket within walking distance and 10-15 minute uber rides from popular destinations.

I had a good stay.

Zwekmäßiges Apartment in schöner Wohnanlage mit großem Pool.
Positive: Tolle Lage in Santa Ana, schönes und sicheres Condominium mit großem Pool. Das Apartament war zweckmäßig ausgestattet und hatte eine schöne Terasse.
Negative: Die Bettwäsche war nicht sauber. Es gab ungewöhnlich viele Ameisen, die Barhocker waren zu hoch und sehr abgenutzt. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr gering.
