We loved staying here. The company that runs the Airbnb is very responsive and kind. The room was very clean and the AC was strong. The area is close to the airport and safe. It has everything you need. Would stay here again!

decent place ,quit comfortable. probably coupe do with a bit of maintenance, the door handle on the bathroom fell off, the drainage in the bath blocks easily and there seems to be an issue with ants entering in the kitchen. The host was responsive and proactive throughout the stay

Super appartement, très propre, bien équipé et proche du shopping del sol. Très sécurisé et acceuil disponible 24h/24 en bas de l'immeuble. Je recommande

El lugar privilegiado para pasar un par de días

Una decepción absoluta, evítenlo a toda costa. Pagué por un departamento y no me lo entregaron. Me enviaron a otro lugar diciendo que sería únicamente por una noche, que porque el aire acondicionado no servía. Al día siguiente, con menos de una hora de anticipación, me ordenaron desalojar también ese segundo departamento, porque que ya estaba rentado. Querían mandarme a otro que tampoco sería definitivo.

Es inadmisible que Corporate Paraguay juegue así con la dignidad, el tiempo, la organización y la tranquilidad de un huésped; todo a merced de su desorden. Solo obtuve un gran estrés por la incertidumbre, y ansiedad de no saber qué pasaría con mi estancia, y eso es lo que obtuve en lugar de la paz que buscaba al estar de vacaciones.

Todo fue increíble! El depa es muy lindo y funcionó todo check.
La piscina lindisima , Iván y Leticia de recepción fueron muy amables.
Volveríamos sin dudarlo

Muchos años vinendo a Paraguay y experiencia acumulada en alojamientos locales. Edificio Matrisa y Corporate Stays son la mancuerna perfecta; departamento con el confort y amenidades que se ofertan en su publicidad, atención amable, disponibilidad y profesionalismo del personal de la empresa de renta como del personal del edificio.
Ubicación privilegiada con un supermercado a unos pasos; zonas comerciales ( Shopping Mariscal, Shopping Villamorra ) y bancarias cerca del edificio. ¿ Necesitas chip para tu teléfono ?, caminando llegas a Claro en Shopping Villa Morra. Mercado Mariscal te encantará ( patio de comida muy bonito fuera de Shopping Mariscal ).
La rubrica común de huéspedes satisfechos es: " Volvería a hospedarme ". Sigo en Paraguay y en dos semanas regreso a donde me atendieron bien.

Depto con bastante ruido, los edificios están muy cercas, NO TIENE ESTACIONAMIENTO, ELLOS DICEN QUE ES SUJETO A DISPONIBILIDAD. NO se puede dejar el vehículo toda la noche, máximo 6 horas. POR ULTIMO NINGUN INTERES DE CORPORATE STAYS LATAM EN SOLUCIONAR PROBLEMAS. NO RESPONDEN O TARDAN MAS DE 8 HORAS EN RESPONDER

excelente todo, lo único que faltaría para la próxima son cápsulas de café y jabón para lavarropas...el resto excelente

Positive:
- Modern building.
- Modern managed apartments fully equipped concept.
- Easy access to Santa Ana, Lindora

Negative:
- No local management staff
- The unit I was finally provided was “DIRTY”, will share all pictures
- Maybe if it was cleaned it could have been rates
- Remote management staff by phone in Canada, long wait to get assistance.
- As the unit was dirty, dirty paws marks, food left on pantry, dirty table, dirty toilet, bed with “tissue paper” or other paper on the bed, I simply said that I was not staying and honestly will never attempt again.
- I took many more pictures, but the system allowed only to upload 4.

Ótima hospedagem

I spent a very pleasant couple of weeks in Recoleta in this modern and well equipped apartment. It is bright, airy and has a balcony to enjoy the views and sunsets. The apartment is very well located and you have everything you could need very close by. The building is clean and tidy and the door staff are friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
