Ich habe dieses Airbnb gewählt, da ich es bereits schon einmal gebucht hatte und sehr zufrieden war. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht und selbst bei einem längeren Aufenthalt hat man in der laundry seine Wäsche waschen können.
Die Kommunikation ist professionell und hervorragend - innerhalb kürzester Zeit wird einem geantwortet. Erwähnenswert ist auch die sehr gute Sauberkeit im ganzen Apartment. Ich genoss auch die Superlage von diesem Airbnb - der nächste Supermarkt (Superseis) ist in nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt und das Shopping Mariscal ist in maximal 10 Gehminuten erreichbar.
Somit kann ich dieses Airbnb an Reisende mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

O apartamento fica numa região tranquila e relativamente próxima de supermercado e dos shoppings.

É bem projetado e tem a mobília e os utensílios necessários para a estadia. Para períodos mais longos, caso o hóspede queira cozinhar em casa, é bom estar ciente de que há pouco espaço para guardar mantimentos.

Infelizmente, o apartamento não estava bem limpo quando chegamos. Havia poeira no chão, sobre as portas, sobre a geladeira, sobre os quadros... em quase todas as superfícies. Tivemos que limpar.

Além disso, há sujeira, arranhões e até algumas trincas nas paredes. Creio que o apartamento necessite de uma pintura.

De forma geral, a comunicação foi boa e respondiam bastante rápido. Quando chegamos, havia gotejamento sob a pia e o sofá-cama estava com o tecido bastante sujo, então pedimos para que fizessem o reparo. Mandaram prontamente duas pessoas no dia seguinte. O problema da pia foi solucionado, mas apenas colocaram uma manta sobre o sofá, ao invés de limpá-lo.

O apartamento correspondía as descrições.

Excelente todo. Muy limpio, ordenado, tenia todo lo necesario para una buena estancia. Recomendado.

The area and the building are really nice, but for the entire 2 weeks of my stay I reported that 1 out of 3 elevators had an issue taking my floor and instead of fixing it, after 2 weeks I was explained how to touch numbers on a touch screen pad..Apparently I was perfectly capable to use the other 2 elevators, plus those who tried punching in the floor for me also did not succeed, including staff members.
1 week after my arrival they came to my door asking why I didn't check-out yet...we'll, my stay was 2 weeks...and the housekeeper got really frustrated when I asked for a sponge and 1 extra garbage bag because they were missing, while they are normally provided. The other stays were good, but this time I can't say the same.

Positive:
El apartamento y la ubicación excelentes, así como el edificio y todos los servicios que ofrece para que tener una buena experiencia dentro de una misma ubicación.

Negative:
Me hizo falta tener accesorios de limpieza (un recogedor y una fregona) al menos para poder limpiar sin tener que contratar el servicio de limpieza.

Espaço super bem localizado, confortável e anfitriões atenciosos. Vale muito a pena.

está muy cerca de Conmebol, si el evento es allí, es óptimo. Si no, resulta accesible para tomar bolt/uber o para alquilar auto (que no recomiendo). No da para salir a caminar...

Super cool place. Very secure, modern and close to everything. A+

Good building and furnishings. Photos are accurate. North Entrance has a terrible smell during wet months. Very poor communication from host which was the biggest disappointment. Again, this ended up meaning I paid more than was needed. Otherwise would have been 5 stars.

It was a great place. Love the fact that there is a lot to do around the area. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay there again when I go back to Panama.

Positive: The accommodations were well equipped with everything we needed, could use a few more towels and toilet paper.
