2 nd time we have stayed and will next time
Stayed over 5 weeks, toilet paper lasted 3 days, only two taps each for dishwasher and laundry. Only 1 kitchen towel. No change of bed linens, asked for second pillow cases but didn't get any. Nothing to clean flat. Old broom is very dirty, leaves more dust/hair than cleans. Hair in towels and other places (CS offers paid cleaning!)
Dealt with fixing 2 fire alarm devices myself. No local CS staff at hand, broken dishwasher didn't get fixed. No workspace in unit 318 (as per description).
Superficial communication, contact operating from The Philippines. Communications mostly direct and not through AirBnB messenger. Questions and requests not answered, ignored and not followed up. Mostly no feedback on the weekends. Definitely no help to fix anything on weekends. Definitely no "24/7 concierge for seamless support".
Last straw: received an Eviction Notice from landlord!
Positive: great location, sunlit flat. Friendly/helpful site manager.
CS moto "Beyond Business": wishful thinking.
It was great!!
Amazing host. Communication was top notch the entire stay. When we got locked out, it was resolved in under 5 minutes. We had to cut our trip short and leave 4 nights early, and the host didn’t hesitate to reimburse us for those nights. That kind of flexibility and fairness really stands out. Would absolutely book again.
Todo impecable, volvería. Recomiendo
host gave me a different room and it was not clean
We loved our stay .
