Good place for solo or couple travelers , its walk distance to go to some malls or 24hrs shops and locals foods restaurants max 10 mins walk and you there, longer distance uber is really cheap, swimming pool is ok , security always friendly and helpful so my stay was ok :) recommended :)

I had a great stay at this apartment in Asunción. The location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and the main areas of the city. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing.
The check-in process was smooth and communication with the host was clear and responsive throughout the stay, which made everything very easy. The apartment had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay, and the building felt safe and well maintained.
Overall, this is a great option for anyone visiting Asunción whether for business or leisure. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again on a future visit.

Excellent apartment overall. Good size, very well equiped and confortable to work. Only the couch is not super confortable and the swimming pool is small and only 2 deck chairs for the whole building with no parasol. The neighbourhood is great, a lot of restaurants around and safe, but very noisy almost every night until 3 or 4 am. We had a small issue upon arrival since they forgot to clean it before we arrived, but they resolved it instantly. The staff is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Great overall if you don't mind about those downsides.
I had a wonderful stay! The place was as described, and i really loved the location/area. The place was clean and comfortable! I definitely recommend staying here.

Estuvimos muy cómodos, la vista y el departamento son muy hermosos. Tenía todo lo que necesitábamos. Ante cualquier consulta, nos respondían super rápido. En el hall de entrada siempre había alguien por cualquier consulta y todos muy amables. Muy buena opción si se hospedan en Asunción y buscan una vista panorámica de la ciudad.

Great location, easily walkable to gym, grocery, cafes & restaurants. Building is nice, kept clean & tidy, rooftop with pool and security are always available and friendly. The unit has a beautiful sunset view & lots of greenery outside means you see parrots flying past the balcony. The unit has everything you need for your stay, kitchen basics including blender which is great. The bedroom has good blackout curtains and tons of closet space. The bed, and particularly pillows could be slight more comfortable /high end, but overall it’s a great space for a visit, working remotely, etc…
El apartamento es muy acogedor y nos sentimos como en casa.
Eso sí, es más pequeño de lo esperado, pero el edificio tiene un coworking que está muy bien para ir a trabajar.
Lo mejor de este apartamento es su ubicación y que se duerme muy bien, las cortinas son gruesas y la cama muy cómoda.

I would have to say the Corporate Stay team did a wonderful job if needed. The apartment is brand new and just as described on Airbnb. I’d have to say the things I enjoyed the most was the balcony and the fact I could sleep well at night. I tried to extend my stay, but it was already booked.
El departamento es hermoso y es tal cual está en la descripción. Todo estaba ordenado y muy limpio. Los electrodomésticos están en perfecto estado. Y la piscina del último piso le da el toque al lugar para hacerlo perfecto, volvería mil veces
We hebben vier weken gelogeerd in deze fijne woning. Vanaf moment van binnenkomst tot het moment van vertrek hebben we ons hier thuis gevoeld. Jammer dat we niet langer konden blijven. Riante keuken, prima zwembad, ruime eetkamer en alles schoon en netjes. Ook de service van het Corporate Stays-team is onberispelijk. Zoals al eerder vermeld werd; de woning is beter dan de foto’s. Als ik toch een minpuntje mag benoemen; de architectonische vorm van het dak veroorzaakt een soort akoestiek wat buurtgeluiden versterkt. Dit is voornamelijk in de achterste slaapkamer te horen. Los daarvan is dit een van de betere accommodaties en komen we graag nog eens terug.
