no primeiro dia deixaram carregar o veículo na tomada do estacionamento, na manha seguinte pediram pra remover.
o carregador na frente do prédio destinado a isso nao funcionava direito, muito confuso pra se cadastrar e usar!
Mal recomendado, no reserven!
Reservé y nunca contestaron para el check in, es un atraco de dinero!
El peor alojamiento, tuve que llamar a soporte a pedir reembolso porque el anfitrión no contesta ni para las llaves, no reserven!
Lindo espacio con una vista increíble, súper limpio y con todas las amenidades para pasar una estancia agradable. Comercios y restaurantes cercanos. Lo recomiendo mucho!

Muy buenas las instalaciones dele edificio. Super atento el anfitrión y el intendente del edificio. Único detalle el apartamento no tiene horno. El resto 10 puntos!
First difficulties started with the check in. The building buzz in box was located outside the building and it was -30. Despite following the instructions the box was glitching I am assuming due to extreme cold. When I tried to call corporate stays they told me they did not receive any calls via the buzzer. I had to get a building resident to let me in. Within my first 1.5 weeks of being there I received a very alarming notice that I was being evicted as corporates stays didn’t pay rent to the building. I had to confirm and follow up with corporate stays that my belongings weren’t going to be displaced. The unit was not very clean. Dirty floors, dust. The remote was sticky. Cigarette butts on the patio. Only 2 tide pods, 2 garbage bags and 1 roll of toilet paper and paper towel for a 1 month stay. Parking was $420 extra for the month which is ridiculous. Think twice before booking here for a long term stay.

To begin with, the location is not displayed correctly. We spent a long time searching for the building, and the locals helped us. The owner took a very long time to respond. The apartment was beautiful, but our joy was short-lived. The bed was unbearable to sleep on, as it was unstable and made terrible loud noises. We had to remove the mattress and place it on the floor. We slept on the floor. We informed the owner about the issue, and he promised to fix it. However, he stopped responding, and we had to sleep on the floor again. In the early morning, you will be awakened by the crowing of a rooster, which is not comfortable. I do not recommend this owner.

Tuve una experiencia muy agradable en este alojamiento. El lugar estaba limpio, ordenado y tal como se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación es muy conveniente y segura, ideal para moverse con facilidad.
El anfitrión fue muy atento y respondió rápidamente a todas mis consultas, lo que hizo que todo fuera aún más cómodo. Además, el ambiente es tranquilo, perfecto para descansar.
Sin duda volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente a otros viajeros.
De lo mejo, tranquilo, cómodo sin ninguna queja.
The price point did not match the experience. There was an ant infestation and dirty sheets and dirty kitchen with dead flies in the refrigerator (proof in pics). I was there for nearly a month. Ants were crawling on me on the couch and I never sat on it again. They sent cleaning people and then subsequently the same people to fumigate the flat. The bed and pillows and sheets were all poor quality. There were no cleaning supplies or trash bags available nor soap in the bathroom. It was such a poor example of accommodation for a long term guest I’ve ever experienced and I travel regularly. I will never stay with any Corporate Stays in PY again. The area is walkable but the street floods. The apartment is directly at a traffic intersection so you will sleep poorly everyday. There’s no possible way to enjoy the balcony because of how loud and frequent the traffic is. The pool deck has no umbrellas. It was just a bare minimum experience that is overpriced that I had to endure
