Great place to stay and relax. Clean, close to the mall and great view.

El departamento es muy cómodo, la zona es muy buena, ya que queda cerca de shoppings y comercios. La cama es muy grande y súper cómoda.
Lastimosamente se escuchaba el ruido de los vecinos de los otros departamentos, y no cuenta con TV en la habitación (anticipadamente lo sabía) teniendo una cama que se presta para el descanso sin dormir.
El anfitrión siempre se mostró muy receptivo y predispuesto.

Mais uma ótima experiência com eles. O prédio é bem localizado, toda a comunicação com o anfitrião até a organização, limpeza do apartamento e a atenção dos recepcionistas e demais funcionários, foi impecável. Espero que continuem o excelente trabalho feito! Voltarei!

Unworkable WiFi. The apartment itself is beautiful, the company were very kind and had excellent communication, the surrounding area is ideal for food shopping, gyms, and anything else you need… but the WiFi was a huge problem. To the point that I couldn’t even watch a YouTube video, or have a phone call. The really annoying part is that the person who stayed before me also made a review about this exact problem, so I asked the company and they said the problem had been resolved. Well, that was not the case. Hopefully they get the WiFi problem fixed ASAP as it truly is a beautiful apartment and a brilliant area. Nonetheless, make sure to check with them and ask for some sort of proof before you book here if having WiFi is important to you.

This is not the listing they put you in another unit that doesint match the photos at all. Wrong furniture space everything. No toilet paper anything. Left dirty didint even clean it we had to get them to bring us a vacume to clean. They have some kinda tape over the vents so it’s like broken and dirty air. Stains everywhere. No blackout blinds good luck sleeping there. Worst experience ever on bnb and make you pay for parking. Super cheap great at responding but will never offer any support for lying about a listing

Chegamos no edifício e não conseguimos entrar pois não mandaram o link para fazer o cadastro facial e não estávamos no cadastro do sistema do prédio. Depois de quase 2 horas que entramos em contato com o suporte, enviaram o cadastro facial. Subimos no apartamento e ele estava como nas fotos, porém não estava limpo, estava usado, com manchas nas toalhas e lençóis, cabelo na cama e banheiro, toalha em cima da cadeira e sujo. Tivemos que deixar o apartamento e procurar um hotel.

Overall good place to stay. Walking distance to shopping and markets. Bathroom could have been cleaned better and there was a smell. Nice rooftop pool.

El alojamiento es exactamente igual que en las fotos. Se siente exactamente como un hogar. Cálido, limpio, amplio y cómodos para todos. La zona es súper tranquila y linda, por lo que es ideal para descansar. Todo el staff fue súper amable. Sin dudas volveremos!

Mal wieder ein toller Aufenthalt bei Manfred. Ich komme immer wieder gerne zurück.

Prima appartement; wel een apart verhaal (als je er voor het eerst komt) hoe je binnen moet komen als de conciërge er niet is. De code voor de ingang kiezen en eenmaal binnen heel snel het alarm eraf halen met de gegeven code. En als je eenmaal met de lift naar boven bent gegaan moet je dus eerst naar het appartement om de garage-opener op te halen. En als je dan weer beneden bent en de auto hebt geparkeerd (wel op een hele smalle parkeerplaats als je een beetje auto hebt) dan heb je weer een andere code nodig om via de parkeergarage in de ruimte van de conciërge te komen en dan moet je weer snel het alarm eraf zetten om zonder lawaai binnen te kunnen komen. Ik vind het een beetje teveel van het goede; drie codes om in je huis terecht te komen. Maar na een paar dagen went het wel omdat je dan precies begrijpt hoe het werkt. Verder alles prima in het appartement.

A lovely stay with clean and nicely decorated rooms. The pool and fitness center—small but nice. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and communication was excellent. 👍

O apartamento merecia um filtro de água, para quem está a pé é bem difícil buscar água todo dia no supermercado.
