Pasamos cuatro noches estupendas en este apartamento espacioso, luminoso y con una ubicación inmejorable. Se puede llegar en autobús desde el aeropuerto (línea 30-2) y también está a solo 5 minutos a pie de la Avenida Mariscal, donde paran la mayoría de los autobuses que van al centro de la ciudad. Hay supermercados, restaurantes y casas de cambio cerca. El apartamento tiene entre 40 y 50 metros cuadrados, y el dormitorio independiente es una gran ventaja. Está muy bien equipado, con cocina completa, lavadora e incluso balcón. En la planta superior hay una pequeña piscina de acceso gratuito. La cama es excelente. Además, la comunicación con el personal es fácil y rápida. ¡Uno de nuestros mejores Airbnbs en 10 años! Lo recomendamos encarecidamente.

Todo estuvo muy bien, la cochera un poco chica de espacio nada mas, pero se pudo estacionar ok. Facil el ingreso al edificio y al departamento. El televisor no lo use porque el sonido era realmente malo. El resto todo muy bien. Volveria

Amazing place! Glad to have found this so close to my office location. Pool was perfect during the day and walkable neighborhood with plenty of food options. Great pizza place right below on ground floor with some Argentinian food as well nearby. 10/10!

Furnishings felt a bit cold. Air circulation was limited. Inability to open the window and no balcony was stuffy.

Great communication throughout. I have been at this location several times now and it is always excellent.

Excellent place! Nicest area of Asuncion, nice street, only a 4 minute walk to Shopping del Sol plus lots of other shops and restaurants around. The apartment is new and clean and was great in every way. The host was responsive within one or two minutes each time I needed something (he pointed me in the direction of a copy center and my plugs were not a match for the outlets so he had an adapter dropped off to me within half an hour.) Finally, it's around back of the building at the end of the hall, so it was dead quiet at night. If this place is available this is where I will stay next time I'm in Asuncion.
