Localização ótima e anfitrião prestativo. O apartamento é conforme a descrição. Voltaria novamente com certeza.

Alojamiento completo, cómodo, limpio y con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Cerca de los centros comerciales sin resignar tranquilidad y silencio.

Lugar limpio, cómodo, cerca de los centros comerciales más importantes de asunción pero con la tranquilidad y silencio de un barrio alejado.
Amamos tomar café pero la cafetera no funcionaba y la tostadora no se puede enchufar a la corriente eléctrica porque no coincide la ficha con el toma corrientes asi que eso dificultó un poco los desayunos.

The apartment is beautiful and the amenities are great. The staff in the building is very nice and helpful.

However, Corporate Stays admin group is what makes me think twice before coming back to stay here.
The check-in instructions provided were wrong, we had issues with the A/C since day one, there are no real cleaning supplies (like a broom and scoop!l, and the communication was terrible.
I will say, though, I asked the apartment to be cleaned a couple of times due to work to the A/C and they did not charge me for it.

If the admin changes or improves, it could be an incredible stay.

El departamento está ubicado en una buena zona de Asunción. Las condiciones de funcionamiento y limpieza estuvieron muy bien.

I would absolutely recommend, the apartment was great and exactly as advertised. Nice building with great facilities. Very helpful and responsive hosts. But above all the location is a 10/10, walking distance to anything you could need while being on a nice quiet cobbled street so not much traffic directly outside despite by a very short walk away from Mariscal Shopping centre aswell! Would stay again!
