Absolutely one of the most beautiful apartments I’ve ever stayed in! From the moment I walked in, I was blown away — super modern design, everything brand new, and insanely good views that honestly took my breath away. The space was immaculately clean and every detail felt thoughtfully considered.
The experience from start to finish was amazing, and this easily ranks as one of my all-time favorite Airbnb stays.

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment. It was comfortable and had all we needed for a week in Asunción. The location is very convenient, walking distance to shops and restaurants.

It was exactly what we needed for the time . The photos were accurate, check in was super smooth, and the apartment was spotless. The bed was comfortable, WiFi was fast enough for Zoom calls, and there were thoughtful touches like coffee, bottled water, and extra towels.
Communication was quick and friendly before and during the trip. We would definitely book again and recommend to friends visiting the area.

Es un apartamento muy agradable, ubicado en una zona tranquila y acogedora. El lugar cumple con todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. Lo recomiendo totalmente.

Great stay. 30 minute walk or short uber ride to main shopping area. Supermarket 1 minute walk. Building site below apartment but wasn’t too much of an issue. Great views. Sometimes the main road nearby was quite loud but I usually sleep with earplugs anyway so was fine. Overall great stay, host very helpful

Great stay — easily one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had.

The apartment is well kept: spotless, beautifully organized, modern, and extremely comfortable. Every detail reflects the hosts’ commitment to providing a first-class guest experience.

The host was excellent throughout the entire stay — highly responsive, thoughtful, and genuinely attentive, making everything effortless from check-in to departure.

I was so pleased with the apartment that I extended my stay for two additional nights, which speaks for itself.

One of the property’s biggest strengths is its exceptional location, just minutes from the two best malls in Asunción, making it ideal for both business travelers and leisure stays.

The building itself is brand new, secure and has a dedicated parking space included.

Highly recommend.
