Excelente apartamento muy bien ubicado, muy cómodo todo funciona como debe ser.
Súper recomendable, si volvemos a Asuncion lo rentaríamos de nuevo

I stayed a month and overall enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed the amenities of the rooftop pool, patio, and co working space on the first floor. The location is great for walking to 3 different grocery stores. Restaurants and cafes were more limited within walking distance, but are a quick Uber/Bolt ride away. The unit itself is small, but perfect for one person. I would have preferred more kitchen utensils. The bed also has some metal springs that could be felt. I recommend a thicker mattress cover for that. The only major downside was construction going on every morning starting at 7AM-8AM on the next door building. This is of course not the host's fault, but I would bring earplugs or noise proof headphones if you're a light sleeper. Otherwise it had everything I needed for a solid stay.

Great location and building. Kitchen was stocked with the basics. Apartment itself was clean, modern, and quiet.

Mi estadía en el apartamento fue muy agradable. Tiene una vista muy bonita de esa parte de la ciudad, y el lugar es tranquilo, privado y está muy bien organizado. Ariel fue atento y respondió rápidamente a los inconvenientes que tuve durante la estadía. En general, fue una muy buena experiencia.

Great stay. Clean, comfortable , and spaceous apartment. Closer to centropolis and walmart.

Me encantó el dpto. Todo impecable y nuevo. La vista, inmejorable y la zona muy buena. Súper recomendable.

En líneas generales la mayoría bien, buena comunicación y amabilidad sobre todo el personal del edificio. La zona es muy buena, cerca de todos los servicios y en un barrio con mucha vida, de lo mejor de la ciudad pero a pesar de ser la planta mas alta, se oía mucho el ruido de gente y coches de la calle y la piscina de la planta de arriba. Y las sillas y sofá tenían manchas de suciedad.

Excelente departamento, excelente estadia!

A beautiful, modern, spacious apartment in a quiet, residential area with everything you need for a comfortable stay, long or short. Although it's located in a residential area there are plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance but they're far enough away to keep the area peaceful. With a super comfortable bed, fast internet, a fully stocked kitchen and loads of natural light I felt right at home for the month I stayed here. The friendly building staff and helpful hosts were amazing as well.

se presentaron varios inconvenientes, la puerta de la entrada estaba dañada nos quedamos con la manija en la mano, siempre decían que ya estaba el tiket y no hacían nada, con el internet fue fatal la comunicacion, cada persona decía una cosa diferente, un servicio demasiado frio y poco cercano, no hay escoba, no hay recogedor, mucho menos un trapeador. No se fijan en detalles especiales como dejar por lo menos una botella de agua, no me quedaría nunca mas, prefiero mil veces una persona natural que tiene mejor servicio que ustedes. La verdad es realmente malo el servicio. No sacan nada diciendo que ya informaron y no solucionan nada.

5 estrellas total!!!! Excelente ubicación, el edificio sumamente moderno y con una accesibilidad espectacular, seguridad 24 hs, ubicación inmejorable (a la vuelta del shopping del sol), garitas de seguridad por la zona. El departamento super cómodo y seguro. El anfitrión muy predispuesto a contestar preguntas en todo momento, incluso antes de reservar.
Lo recomiendo y sin dudas volvería a elegirlo!

Comfortable and perfectly located for our plans

Todo muy bien después de ingresar. Al llegar no tenían mi reserva en portería. Fue necesario llamar por teléfono para que enviaran la reserva y me permitieran el ingreso.
Por lo demás todo bien.

The staff was very helpful. We enjoyed the pool and walking around to cafes and restaurants. Will be back.
