Muito obrigado por nos receber em seu Airbnb. Encontramos exatamente o que buscávamos no apartamento: um espaço muito limpo, organizado e com tudo o que era necessário para a nossa estadia. A localização também é ótima, o que facilitou bastante nossos dias. Foi uma experiência muito agradável e, com certeza, voltaremos.

Building is brand new as well as the apartments. It’s a full time Airbnb building so always security and concierge at the desk.
Everything extremely modern and also a 10 min walk to the mall
Very communicative as hosts and willing to help or turn things around quickly
There is construction going on next to the building as well as a padel club. We were on the 29th floor and noises from both could be heard from both bedrooms.
I would stay in this building and with Corporate Stays again

Súper recomendable! La verdad el departamento es tal cual como en las fotos, la ubicación perfecta, súper céntrica, hay muchos restaurantes alrededor, el único detalle que tuve fue que al llegar en recepción no tenían registro de mi reservación y tardaron un poco en darme acceso, pero fuera de eso todo estuvo excelente sin duda me volvería a hospedar aquí en mi próxima visita a la CDMX!

Es la tercera vez que paro en el mismo edificio y no hay nada que criticar los dptos son impecables y la ubicación a una cuadra del shopping del sol.

el lugar es muy lindo. quiero destacar la atención de los vigiladores o guardias de seguridad. muy atentos, nos ayudaron en todo momento y presispuestos.

Muy bien ubicados y modernos departamentos.
Solicitaría dejar algún tipo más de insumos como jabón por ejemplo.

I appreciated the responsiveness of the host. One timeI locked myself out by accident, and the host helped me right away.

The door has one of those keypad code locks, and it is VERY finicky. Frequently, as you try to enter the code, the keypad will register two or three taps at once, forcing you to start over. In the worst case, this happened 5 or 6 times in a row before successfully putting in the code. I have often dealt with these type of locks, but never had one be so finicky before.

The parking was great, an important feature for us. The desk was spacious and great for remote work, although the chair could use an upgrade. Internet was serviceable.

The apartment has a lot of unfulfilled potential. It could use some decorating. The sofa is not great. The bedroom could use a lamp or two. The kitchen had a couple of pots and wok of all things, but no pan… things like that.

It’s not a very walkable area, re: cafes, restaurants and groceries. But there is a nice park close.

Great apartment in an excellent location, close to modern shopping centers while still being quiet and comfortable. The bed was very large, there was no noise at night, and it was a great place to work from. The air conditioning worked well for both cooling and heating. I had no complaints at all. The host was very responsive and flexible with check-in. I definitely recommend it!
