Excelente apartamento e localização ❤️🇵🇾

Positive:
It was new, spacious, bright and had a lot of amenities. Close to groceries and good mall.

Negative:
WiFi was sketchy. On the pool deck there was no WiFi. At times the WiFi would drop and I had to use cellular data. The TV did not work. I brought this up to employees in building and to the management company. They acknowledged it couldn’t connect to the network. They promised to bring a RoKu device. I kept asking for it and it never came. One day I was sitting on the sofa in my underwear and a maintenance technician barged in. He claimed the bathroom needed some work. He didn’t fix anything. He did however take my shampoo and conditioner. They provided only a few towels and one small bottle of shampoo and conditioner, which they took when they barged in. The view is a Condo canyon blocking a lot of the ocean. Shower had a dangerous contraption I think was for putting soaps and shampoo—see photo.

Beautiful, new apartment. Would not rent it in the summer as the air conditioning unit is only in the living room and does not reach the bedroom.Make sure to bring sugar for the coffee. Could not understand why they would give you coffee to use but no sugar or coffee mate powder.

Upon arrival at the hotel, everything went smooth except the management has decided to use a "fingerprint" system on the doors leading in and out of the parking garage. Of course, neither me nor my wife's fingerprints took hold, and we were unable to enter the building once we parked. Later, they made us a key card to give us access. Access to the room on the door was fine.
Also, if you like using hand towels in the bathroom for showering or the face in the morning, pack some of yours at home. There are no hand towels or wash clothes provided by the host.
Also, there is no hair dryer provided in the room.

Muy buena ubicación. El departamento se ve como en las fotos. Buena comunicación por parte del anfitrión y flexibilidad a la hora de hacer el check-in.

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment is small but has everything you need for a short or longer stay. Great walkable area, close to restaurants and Shopping Mall.

Excelente departamento un ubicación. Una mención especial para la predisposición del personal de portería especialmente Diego. Siempre predispuesto a colaborar con el huésped

Me quedé varios días y éramos 5.
El departamento es muy grande y bastante cómodo.

El anfitrión extremadamente amable y muy atento a cualquier situación.

Shopping’s muy cerca y un supermercado 24/7 a unas 5 cuadras.
Respecto a los comentarios que había mucho ruido es totalmente erróneo. Hay un local que hace eventos en las noches pero nada que no solucione cerrar la ventana… sin problema con eso.

Muy practico para 5 personas! Desde mi punto de vista. Un 10 de 10.
Seguramente me hospedaré nuevamente al volver a Paraguay! 👍🏻👏🏻
