This newly built, fully electric, and solar-powered laneway suite, completed in 2020, offers a spacious 900 sq ft of living space over two floors. The suite includes two comfortable bedrooms—one with a Queen bed and another with both a Double and Twin bed—alongside 1.5 bathrooms. Enjoy modern conveniences such as a flat-screen Smart TV, air conditioner, high-speed wifi, and in-suite laundry on the main floor. The private furnished balcony, complete with a BBQ, provides an ideal outdoor retreat. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full set of pots, dishes, and various gadgets, as well as all major appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave. Pets are welcome on a case-by-case basis with a paid pet fee, and the property is strictly non-smoking. Additional amenities include a designated electrified parking stall and a secure, private environment without attached neighbors. Note that the second floor is not wheelchair-accessible.
