Whole house is for guests use private backyard, parking and laundry facilities.
Other things to note
There are two options for doing laundry.
In the kitchen is a washer/dryer combo. This machine does smaller loads and has longer cycles than your typical washer and dryer.
If you are feeling brave, you can use the full-size washer and dryer in the unfinished, kind of spooky basement.
