We are a married couple who stayed for five nights. This place checked all of our boxes: clean, comfortable, with a well-equipped kitchen. Furniture and appliances were next to new, and we appreciated the access to the fitness area with cardio machines and free weights. The building looks to be fairly new, and has a modern look and feel which we liked. The location was a big plus for us — near the geographic center of Winnipeg, close to main roads, the airport, and many restaurants, without the traffic hassles of downtown. Gem and Rodrigo were very helpful and prompt in our communications. Other reviews have noted the presence of nearby railroad tracks, but we did not find train noises to be too obtrusive.

The building is right beside busy train tracks, bring ear plugs. Parking is required at the building but must be separately reserved with additional fee. no free parking nearby. Was a great location, took us roughly 20 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. Super clean and had all the essentials you would need for a place away from home. There was a hiccup with parking, but with cooperate stays prompt communication they made it right and fixed it very quickly. Would definitely recommend corporate stays, for trips, or long term business travel.
