A great place

We had a nice stay.

El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo pero si es verdad que se quedaba un poco escaso en cosas más importantes como la limpieza, los amenities y comodidades.

Positive:
We enjoy the location because you really have everything close

Negative:
The building is accumulating mold at such an early stage; it has only been open for 2 years, and you can see the mold on the outside part of the pool area, even on some floors, and the smell of garbage once you enter the building.

Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft.

The bed was so bad, the shower has nowhere to put any shower items, the toilet clogged first day first flush. When we arrived there was no indication where the place was. They should mention its in Josephas apartments

Positive:
This is like an Airbnb, and the location is wonderful because everything is close by, you don't have to walk far to get where you need to go, and the mall is right there.

Negative:
This place has been at this location for 2 years, and you can see the building is starting to go down, and the pool area has mold issues; on some floors, you can see it and smell it. When you enter the building, it smells like rotting garbage, and that shouldn't be the case. In the rooms, if you're renting, they want you to clean it, but when you get it, it doesn't feel or smell as clean as a hotel room or suite.

The apartment is as described, pretty big to be honest. Location is good, just a minute walk from La Quadrita, which has a few restaurants and bars.

What I didn’t like is that it’s on the first floor and quite humid. I felt cold inside. I tried using the AC as a heater, but as soon as the hot air came out an unpleasant smell filled the room. I looked into the unit and saw traces of mold. The unit needs a proper clean, done by a professional.

The shower is nice and the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately there’s only one real window, the bedroom one looks out onto a terrace with concrete walls.

The apartment is well equipped though, has everything you need.

Nice place. It has everything that I needed. There is enough space for eating and working and two very good Smart TVs. Kitchen is very well equipped as well. The bathroom had the soaps and shampoos. The reception is also very friendly and helpful and provides all the information that i needed. I've also enjoyed working out at the gym. The host also did a good job communicating with me.

El alojamiento es como se ve en las imágenes. Los porteros, y el personal de limpieza son muy amables.

Avevo prenotato l'appartamento al 31 piano ma all'ultimo minuto ci hanno alloggiati al 6 piano. L'appartamento era delle stesse dimensioni ma a volte c'era un cattivo odore di fogna nel bagno. Evitate i piani bassi. L'host per scusarsi dell'inconveniente ci ha proposto il parcheggio a metà prezzo. Il quartiere Costa del Este è ottimo con negozi e ristoranti tutti a portata di mano. Non è la vera Panama' ma lo consiglio vivamente!

Excelente departamento en zona premium de Asuncion, que ofrece tranquilidad para el descanso aun estando en el corazón del movimiento asunceno. Nos recibieron con detalles muy útiles que se agradecen. Y sobre todo, incluye un estacionamiento de dimensiones comodas para vehículos de gran porte y de facil acceso tanto de entrada como de salida. Sin dudar, el lugar de elección para una estadia cómoda en Asunción.

La estadía fue excelente, el departamento cumplía con todo que lo decía y se veía en las fotos , la ubicación es muy buena una zona tranquila y se encuentra a 4 cuadras del Shopping Mariscal , el personal del edificio súper amable , sin dudas volvería alojarme aqui.

Gostei demais de tudo… Já conheço bem a região e achei espetacular pela proximidade com o Shopping Mariscal , La Cuadrita é Super Seis.

La verdad desde que llegamos nos trataron excelente, cada tanto nos preguntaban como estábamos y si necesitábamos algo. Fueron claros con las instrucciones y muy amables en todo momento. El aparcamiento sin problemas y con lugar exclusivo.

Was in a nice spot with a walkable distance to many locations! Felt super safe and they were quick to respond any questions!
