Localização excelente , perto de tudo e ambiente muito agradável

Our stay with Corporate Stays LATAM was a great experience from beginning to end! The apartment was inviting, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

One of the biggest highlights was the fantastic location! Having the mall just a short walk away made everything so convenient. Whether we wanted to enjoy a nice meal, grab some coffee, or do a little shopping, we had plenty of options nearby without having to drive anywhere.

The entire experience was hassle-free, and communication with the management team was easy and efficient. We felt right at home throughout our stay.

Overall, this was a great choice for our time in Paraguay. We would absolutely consider staying with Corporate Stays LATAM again and highly recommend it to other travelers!

My family stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks. The location is ideal, close to many areas of the city, walkable to restaurants, a mall and box stores. We had some hiccups initially, but issues were eventually resolved. The suite is comfortable and a nice layout for a family. The kitchen is large but could use a few more items to be well stocked. Overall, was a nice stay, grounds of the building are nice for a walk and gym is a bonus to have.

Stühle sind schlecht, Möbel bei Sofa und vor Fernseher sind kaputt, Sofa war durchgesessen, dauerhafter Lärm von der Straße, Fenster schließen nicht vollständig, Klimaanlage kompliziert einzustellen und sind ältere Modelle.

Ein neues Sofa während des Aufenthalts geliefert werden, also ist es wahrscheinlich inzwischen erneuert worden.

Zu wenig Geschirr und Besteck für Selbstversorger.

Sehr hellhörig, man hört sehr viel von lauteren Nachbarn im Haus.

Die Schlafzimmer sind ruhiger gelegen, aber ohne Ohrenstöpsel nicht auszuhalten aufgrund des Lärms von den Straßen.

Angestellte am Empfang waren in Ordnung.

Für 1-3 Tage maximal als Reisender.

Ich war mehr als froh, als ich nach dem Jnterkunftswechsel in einer anderen Gegend war.

Excelente Alojamiento muy bien ubicado, facil acceso y control de seguridad, limpio, nos encanto. Recomendable para parejas y familias por la cercania a la laguna el ambiente. Host responde rapido y adecuadamente, buena comunicacion. Aqua Village a solo 1 hora de Asuncion ideal para descanso.

Llegamos en grupo y la verdad, tanto mi anfitrión como el personal del edificio super amables, las reglas eran claras y el apartamento un espectáculo, hermoso para estar unos días, la zona es céntrica por lo que puedes encontrar todo lo necesario muy cerca, sin duda alguna volvería

Super indico o studio, muito maravilhoso. Tudo impecável. Localidade ótima, tivemos dias muito agradáveis. Nao tenho nada do que reclamar. Obrigada pela estadia.

We had a nice stay.

El apartamento es muy bonito y cómodo pero si es verdad que se quedaba un poco escaso en cosas más importantes como la limpieza, los amenities y comodidades.

We enjoy the location because you really have everything close

Negative:
The building is accumulating mold at such an early stage; it has only been open for 2 years, and you can see the mold on the outside part of the pool area, even on some floors, and the smell of garbage once you enter the building.

The bed was so bad, the shower has nowhere to put any shower items, the toilet clogged first day first flush. When we arrived there was no indication where the place was. They should mention its in Josephas apartments

Positive:
This is like an Airbnb, and the location is wonderful because everything is close by, you don't have to walk far to get where you need to go, and the mall is right there.

Negative:
This place has been at this location for 2 years, and you can see the building is starting to go down, and the pool area has mold issues; on some floors, you can see it and smell it. When you enter the building, it smells like rotting garbage, and that shouldn't be the case. In the rooms, if you're renting, they want you to clean it, but when you get it, it doesn't feel or smell as clean as a hotel room or suite.
