Nice place near major shopping outlet and restaurants. Gym access was a plus
The apartment was posh. Loved every minute of my stay!
Positive: Gente amable , ambiente lindo , privacidad
Negative: No contaba con shampoo ni jabón , una de las bata no tenia lazo para amarrarla
While my overall stay was okay there are a few things to mention:
The area is noisy, central and close to bus stations. The neighborhood is under construction and there is a large homeless population nearby.
The building does have security although they are not there 24/7.
The unit is brand new, everything is clean and updated but there was an issue with my first unit that I had to move to a different unit early in my stay. (The new unit was an upgrade and much larger)
The concierge team including Raquel and Gem were accommodating and did all they could to help me with any issues that arose.
Overall the stay was okay, I wouldn’t stay in this are again but I would book with corporate stays.

The quality of the apartment, furniture, amenities, location and accessibility were all great!
The location of the apartment was fantastic. The views of the city are beautiful and despite it facing the train tracks the sound was not really a factor. The apartment was very clean and has all that you need. The building is great for dog owners as there is a huge dog run outside. There is lots of available indoor parking and the surrounding area has tonnes of trails for walking or running. I would highly recommend this apartment for long or short stays in Winnipeg.
New building, nice apartment, however wifi was almost useless, and host never responded.

Awesome place! Super new and clean, but has everything you need. The staff is very helpful and friendly, always there to greet you with a smile and happy to give recommendations. A hidden gem in a quiet but luxurious neighbourhood!

We had a good time. The beds are comfortable, we didn't use bed linen, we had our own. Suitable for a long stay, has everything you need. The location is great.
The unit was as described on the listing and in the pictures, it is a central location in Burnaby, about an 8/10 minute walk from the subway line and a 5 minute walk to the mall and all major grocery stores. There is a rooftop lounge that all guests could use which was a treat. The furniture in the unit was standard but not the most comfortable for a family of 4 to lounge in, but other than that small detail, everything was great!
This is a great company to stay with. Very professional and easy to access the place. They were very helpful throughout the process. Overall great stay and nice cozy place and great people.
