Todo súper bien

Boa localização. Bem limpo e organizado. Funcionários atenciosos e prestativos. Apartamento como as fotos!

Excelente todo de diez el personal todo. Único detalle no te podes tirar un pedo porque ya hay quejas de los vecinos las paredes son muy delgadas. Pones música en la tele y se quejan de cualquier cosa. Pero bueno después de eso el lugar ubicación todo excelente recomendado…..

Un airbnb muy correcto, limpio lindo edificio, cochera, todo ok!

Ótima localização, próximo a dois grandes shoppings, cafés e restaurantes. Apartamento equipado e novo, exatamente como na foto, alugaremos novamente.

Excelente casita, con pileta, habitaciones y baños impecables, bien equipado. Muy bueno!

Great apartment and close to everything. Would go back and recomend.

First - the couch and rug were not very clean. Didn't look like they had been vacuumed at all - found a plastic ice cream spoon, crumbs, and other dirt in the couch cushions. There were long black hairs all over the apartment as well, including in the duvet cover. Other than that, place was clean and well stocked.
The worst part was when they allowed building management to enter without my permission several times, to "show" the apartment. This was not included in the listing, and totally unreasonable for an Airbnb, where privacy is expected.

I stayed in unit 1107 at 2100 rue de bleury from July 31 to September 1st.

I gave it the rating I did because there was undisclosed construction in the building lobby, my floor and across the street that woke you up very early in the morning multiple times. Secondly the advertised high-speed Wi-Fi
was non existent and through multiple communications Corporate Stays they eventually gave me the password and username for the unit next to me.

Here are just two examples, the construction across street produces constant very lound bangs constantly from. 7:51 am to 8:52 am. I’m on 11th floor and its 1/2 block way but it sound like next door.

At 6:30am Friday August 21st I could can hear loud plastering construction work outside my door.

There is no house manual to provide any information on anything and when I called Corporate Stays(CS) they didn’t seem like they wanted to help but didn’t really know anything . They would say I have to get back to you and they never get back

The place is great, has a complete laundry inside the room (washer/dryer).
The apartment is cozzy, has a complete kitchen, and it's completely safe, with 24/7 gatekeepers. The bed is comfortable and clean.

The only cons I've found of the apartment, are in the bathroom.

* Fungus in the courtain shower, given that I've spent 500 usd for a week there, I'd expect a better cleaning and conditions there.
* The shower doesn't have any shelf for the soap / shampoo, you need to leave the things outside or put the bottle at the floor.
* Shower drain clogged, I had to unclog it because when showering the water raises almost at the height of the step that divides the shower from the rest of the bathroom.

The builiding personnel lost for 3+ days a package I've received, and the host didn't help at all trying to communicate with the administration in order to try to fix it. They tell me that they can't do nothing, not even a call.

Besides of that, I've recommend the place 100%.
