We had a wonderful stay in Downtown Dartmouth at the Corporate Stays unit. The location was very walkable, with plenty to do nearby, and the property was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The hosts were very attentive and responsive to every request, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this unit to future guests!

Mooie locatie, prachtig pand met veel faciliteiten! We hadden een probleem met het bed, hier werd zeer vlot en dienstverlenend op gereageerd. Er was nog een andere studio vrij, waar we direct naartoe mochten.

Departamento cómodo, completo y seguro con una hermosa vista al río y acceso fácil los puntos de interés de la ciudad de Asunción.
We were right at home! Super walkable location, easy access to the building, and very responsive on the app. This was a great stay!

It was our second stay and everything was smooth. Wifi was working properly, the room very clean and new. Spetacular view.
The front desk team is always nice and proactive.

The apartment is new, very clean and exactly how advertised. Check-in was 1 hour late because they were still cleaning and doing some maintenance.
Wifi was not connecting and they sent someone to fix it, but during the whole stay the connectivity was an issue. Internet is not stable or wifi was connected without internet access.
We had to work and unfortunately this was a major inconvenience.

We had a very pleasant stay. The apartment was easy to find, and the property is gated, which made us feel safe and comfortable.
The apartment matches the description and photos. There were a few minor signs of wear, such as small marks on the walls, but nothing that affected our comfort or our stay.
The host was very responsive and helpful. One of the light bulbs burned out during our stay, and it was replaced the very next day, which we really appreciated.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and had a good experience.
Everything was great with this particular apartment. I was scared at first since I has previously stayed at this building in another unit and was very dirty. I wrote to them about this experience and they made sure the unit was clean and perfect for my arrival. Will definitely be coming back.
Great stay
Great location with walking distance to Shopping del Sol. Check-in was easy. Only inconvenience was the daily noise from construction crews nearby.
This is not a 1 bedroom but a studio with shelves acting as a wall. the sofa bed is neither a sofa nor a bed! the sheets don't fit all of the pans are ruined and unfit for cooking. can walk to DelSol. Biggy across the street. faucet needs repair in shower. good hot water an d pressure.
