Excelente atención y apartamento acogedor
We have really liked this property and we have great respect for Corporate Stay's team. Many we have dealt with were very supportive and responsive. The host team Samer, Maria Paula, Jihane and the Concierge Team, Gem, including all call center operators who were very helpful and immediately worked to resolve our concerns, as well as the housekeepers. A great place to be. the building is clean and quiet all the time. Well maintained. Adjacent to public park. Across the street "Place Vetru" mall, you can find everything you need there. Cote Virtu and Walmart are walking distance away. Friendly and safe neighbourhood. Highly recommended for families, couples , business travellers. All the facilities well maintained like the gym , the pool, etc. We stayed in the property for almost three months. we feel it's home for us.
This apartment is in the Arcadia Tower, which is an important detail that is not listed in the description. It was hard to find the right tower because the address on the add just takes you to an intersection.
The front desk staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. They speak good English. The building is modern, new and clean. The bed is comfortable. The view is great. This apartment is room 2003 on the 20th floor.
The only complaint I have about the actual space is that it is very minimally equipped. There was no laundry soap, paper towel, dish drying towels included. Things that I would call basic essentials were not included. So just be prepared, it’s very bare bones and you will likely have to go buy these things yourself.
Once I arrived Corporate Stays Latam was reasonably quick to respond to my messages, but weeks before my arrival I requested date changes and they never even responded. So communication overall is a miss.

Great and apartment and location. Very beautiful and modern. Close to shopping del sol and paseo la galleria. The host did an amazing job providing all needed. We would definitely stay here again!
