The building is brand new and very modern. The apartment is spotless and has a beautiful view. My only complaint is with the entire checking process. Was asked to provide at booking a picture of my passport, then a selfie. I was then asked again for my passport at the front desk. Excessive!
Then my door lock didn’t work after multiple tries and had to return to the front desk - code was incorrect. After getting the right code, I still had to try 3 times before unlocking the lock. That lock system is very inconvenient; after unlocking it I was not even able to lock my door back when I went to park my car.!Talking about parking; the security guard took 5 minutes to let me in and park despite showing them my registration papers from the front desk. They kept on asking me questions and sending messages to someone. Everything was great minus the checking process.

Excellent place to stay in Costa del Este
Nous n'étions pas attendu et donc avons galérer pour récupérer les carte d'accès au logement.le logement était propre avec beaucoup de charme.il manquerait peux être de la vaisselle de tout les jours.(Bol, saladier, planche à découper et accessoires pour le four). La literie était en mousse donc on s'enfonçait dans le lit et le cadre de lit étant à la même hauteur que le matelas, difficultés pour ce lever. Sinon appartement très sûr. Personnel de sécurité de l'immeuble adorable et serviable. Et emplacement hyper centrale à Montréal. Bilan positif sauf notre arrivée bien sûr. Attention tout de même.carte nos carte d'accès ne nous donnais pas accès à la piscine et a la salle de sport.merci

We had a very positive experience overall at this Corporate Stays apartment. The unit itself was excellent—it was spotlessly clean, well-furnished with modern and comfortable items, and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was fantastic and very convenient. One of the best features was the dedicated, paid and covered car parking spot, which was a huge plus and made things very easy.
While we enjoyed the apartment itself, we felt the management performance could be enhanced. We had a few instances where it took longer than 24 hours to get a response to our requests. Additionally, when we extended our stay (which we did twice), the parking fees were missed in the updated billing, which caused some confusion that needed to be sorted out later.
Overall, it's a wonderful property in a great location, and we would recommend it. With quicker communication and a bit more attention to billing details during extensions, the guest experience would be truly seamless and 5-star.

Excellent stay. The host was very responsive, and the front desk staff were always helpful and super friendly. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I believe most units in the building are short-term rentals/Airbnbs managed by a large company, so everything was pristine. The apartment looked exactly like the pictures; it felt like a hotel, but with a full kitchen, living/dining room, and laundry. The surrounding area (Costa del Este) is beautiful and upscale, with lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s mostly residential (very few non-locals), so it felt very safe. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Todo está cerca. Encontramos desayuno súper fácil. Supermercado muy cerca.
La cama de tamaño matrimonial fue suficiente para mi hija y para mi.
La vista preciosa y justo frente al edificio hay un parquecito que en horas donde ya se fue el sol, pudimos disfrutar.
