Definitely will stay here again. Amazing location and great host

Nice place, poorly equipped
Positive: Small but great apartment. Modern, clean, great for a short trip. Great location walking right to a ton of restaurants on the block, on the walking street on Sundays, easy walk to Roma Norte and Condessa and the big park. Very safe. Nice rooftop views.
Negative: It could use some serious TLC from the operators:
- What's the use of a kitchen with no salt, pepper, cooking oil?
- What's the use of a washing machine with no detergent?
- What's the use of a shower with no body wash or shampoo?
- What's the use of a toilet with only one roll of toilet paper?

Without these things it felt very transactional like yes take my money based on pictures but not actually a comfortable experience.

Beautiful appartment nested in Laval, Quebec.
We had a peaceful stay, enjoyed the restaurant in the area and recomment this area.
When we arrived the panel did not list our appartment (a glitch in the Matrix :)). We called the support and everything was sorted in no time.
Very happy.

Very nice place, accommodating & was a great stay!

For the price it wasn’t worth it. Place didn’t provide any soap for hands except 2 small bars that barely did anything. No dishsoap, Fridge had a smell but was clean. No coffee provided which is surprising given the price of the Airbnb. I had a difficult time with the keys. They wouldn’t work at all during my 2 night stay, everytime I left and came back I would need to call everytime to get let up. You need the key fob for every door and the elevator and none of the fobs worked that were provided which was a hassle for me. Also the code to get into my Airbnb wasn’t working so I had to call more than once to resolve that issue. Overall, the airbnb was nice and clean but nothing extra including which is disappointing for the price. not even a extra blanket or soap which is surprising given ive stayed at others for way less and it had included those type of things. I wouldn’t recommend to someone who is planning to stay longer than a night.

Excepcional! La ubicación inmejorable, el Depto comodisimo y con todo lo necesario. Seguridad 24/7 un diez!! Cochera y acceso a pasos de los shopping más importantes. Increíble! Volveré el mes que viene y todas las veces que pueda!

Really nice place. A bit far from downtown Montreal, but there is lots do around including good restaurants. Everything was clean. Great value!

Nuestra estadía estuvo al nivel de lo que esperábamos.
El equipo fue muy reactivo y disponible para los problemas que tuve para mi llegada.
El apartamento corresponde a las fotos y descripción y superó nuestras expectativas.
En el barrio hay un centro comercial, restaurantes y varios supermercados.

Overall, it’s a beautiful place in a convenient area, and I enjoyed my stay. That said, it’s not fully equipped for longer visits (insufficient dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc.), and there’s no dedicated workspace, which makes remote work tricky. The upstairs neighbours were quite loud at times, which could be frustrating. Parking was hard to find, and host responsiveness varied. Unfortunately, one of my packages was also stolen during the stay.

The place is exactly same as described in AirBnb with all the amenities and the support staff is very response to queries. we had a great time staying at this location.
