Great location and apartment

Excelente apartamento y excelente atención 100 % recomendado.

Great spot for a short stay, but nearly everything listed as amenities or even essentials (e.g. toilet paper) for a lengthier stay are at an extra cost - unaware of this until booked. kitchen well equipped for wares, no basic consumables provided. The building is right beside busy train tracks, bring ear plugs.
Parking is required at the building but must be separately reserved with additional fee. no free parking nearby. No separate workspace as mentioned in their ad, no balcony as mentioned in ad. concierge service was quick and responsive.

Good place! Well located. A lot of things near you (groceries, store). It was clean! Good experience

Was a great location, took us roughly 20 minutes to get anywhere we wanted to go. Super clean and had all the essentials you would need for a place away from home. There was a hiccup with parking, but with cooperate stays prompt communication they made it right and fixed it very quickly. Would definitely recommend corporate stays, for trips, or long term business travel.

We stayed here for a week and overall had a good experience. The building is quiet, safe, and in a great area, and having a cute café right downstairs was a big plus. The amenities in the building were solid, and the internet worked most of the time with a few brief interruptions during conference calls.

A few things to note for future guests: the apartment didn’t come with enough towels or basic supplies like garbage bags, and there were no TVs in the bedrooms. It also wasn’t the most comfortable setup for remote work. The space is very bare, with almost no decor, so it felt a bit plain. The main bedroom air conditioner did not cool as well as the living room or the second bedroom. The main bedroom bed was listed as a queen, but it felt smaller than that. Also, the sofa was not very comfortable, so we ended up not using it much.

With a few improvements, this could be a fantastic stay.

Great place to stay, local to everything. Right inside the city. Restaurants and shops located in very nice Mall across the road, in walking difference. Lots of things to do.

The property is under renovation. Lisgar, at Elgin is closed. It's very difficult to get rideshare and food delivered.

The building does have the potential to be nice. But I had a serious issue with cleanliness. The sheets and pillow cases had a bad odor, like they were never washed. Luckily, they had laundry in the unit. So I washed everything, not very convenient. The remote had so much caked on gunk the buttons were glued down. Lots of stains and drips. I don't think the cleaners did much.

Prob won't stay again. Maybe give the place another shot after the Reno's are done.

This was my third Airbnb in Asunción in the last two years. This was a great location, beautiful apartment on the smaller side, but it was as described and had everything you needed 14th floor of a beautiful new building. I had a car and it had a secure spot for my rental vehicle. Looking forward to staying again.

The apartment was very quiet, and safe! Much Appreciated.
