Espectacular volveré!

El dpto. es SUPER RECOMENDABLE, es todo lo lindo y bueno que uno puede esperar en su estadía, ya sea para los locales o extranjeros, un dpto, cómodo, silencioso, luminoso, es sentirse como en casa. El barrio muy lindo, cerca de un shopping y locales de todo tipo.
Cerca del centro histórico de Asunción y la noche asuncena.
Yo sin duda volveré!!!!

Muy buena experiencia. El departamento es cómodo, limpio y tal como se muestra en las fotos. La comunicación fue excelente y todo estuvo bien organizado. Sin dudas lo recomendaría.

The location is fantastic, and the street is quiet which is extremely difficult to find in Asuncion especially this zone… Zero construction noise or even dogs barking. Ruben is extremely responsive and the apartment was clean and exactly as described. The value for the price is good, was happy with my stay!

Muy buena ubicación ; íbamos a pie a lo shopping que estaban muy cerca ya que podiamos dejar el vehículo en la cochera y nos evitábamos andar buscando estacionamiento

The unit was nothing like I had expected based on the description. There was a blood stain on the bedsheet, lint in the bed, hair in the bathroom, and the bath mat was completely damp. The unit is dark with three small windows that look into the windows of the highrise apartment next door. The kitchen is most definitely not "luxury". The building is in the middle of a long term construction site and Lisgar Street is completely closed to vehicles (with no prior notice given before check-in).

Negative: El host NO apareció. Jamás dio las claves de acceso al apartamento y me tocó irme a otro lugar.

Este no tiene reembolso. ES UN ROBO!
No atendió llamadas, ni mensajes de WhatsApp. Es ESTAFA!!!

Quiero mi dinero.

Stayed here for over a week. Rubén was easy to communicate with, and all my needs were met. Both the living room and bedroom has their own TV and AC, which was nice. Washing machine in the apartment(so convenient) made me realize how much I miss doing my own laundry after several months in Latin America. The road the apartment is on can be a bit loud depending on the hours of the day, but was manageable. Will book again when I'm back. Very cozy place!
