Excelente apartamento! Impecable, con todas las comodidades para una familia. Ubicado en una gran zona de Asunción, linda para caminar y a un paso de los paseos comerciales :)

Una molt bona opció d'allotjament a Asunción. El lloc és tranquil tot i estar al costat del centre comercial Mariscal Lopez, on hi ha serveis de tot tipus. No queda massa lluny del centre de la ciutat i altres centres comercials.
L'apartament és tal com s'inidica. Net, confortable i ben equipat.
La comunicació amb Rubén i rentu força ràpida.
Allotjament molt aconsellable per a una parella.

The location is fantastic, and the street is quiet which is extremely difficult to find in Asuncion especially this zone… Zero construction noise or even dogs barking. Ruben is extremely responsive and the apartment was clean and exactly as described. The value for the price is good, was happy with my stay!
Impecable , simplememte impecable. Limpio , organizado, todo funciona, equipado perfectamente. Detalles que apreciamos los viajantes como buena cafetera, heladera que funciona , todo limpio. Realme te impecable. Detallazos como dejar botellas de agua, azucar para el café ... etc. La ubicación es la que yo seleccioné, es correcta y ya sabía donde estaba. MUY RECOMENDABLE.

Check in is at 4pm and they don’t allow you to leave you luggage at the reception.
The address is wrong I had to walk a lot until I find out that the address on my own by searching the buildings name.

the air conditioner kept failing in 2 of the bedrooms. After having technicians visit 3 times, I gave up complaining about it.
roku was broken on the tv, so no Netflix. Bring your own HDMI compatible device if you want to watch something other than Paraguayan tv.
There are lights directly in front of the tv that get turned on by motion activators any time anyone moves anywhere in the apartment. there is no way to turn those lights off.
One bedroom door handle kept falling off, waking people up at night. The host tried to fix it by tightening screws, but was unable to fix it.
Everyone in my party enjoyed their stay. I have stayed with Rentu Rent a few times before, they usually do much better than this. I think I just had bad luck this time. I would recommend Rentu Rent to friends.
