Nice apartment. Great location in Osborne Village area. Grocery store 3 blocks away. Easy entry to the apartment. Brand new building so everything very clean and modern. Small place and basic furnishings but just fine for one person. Good value for money.

Great views from this unit, and very walkable to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping.

Com exceção do erro de informações quanto a possibilidade de deixar a mala na recepção nós finais de semana (não tem porteiro e não pude guardar), e o atraso na entrada (teve problema com o aquecedor. Horas após o início do checkin me.colocaram em.outro apartamento). Dois dias depois me pediram para mudar para o que eu tinha reservado), toda a comunicação foi boa. O local corresponde ao descrito e os funcionários do prédio são muito educados e solícitos.

A nossa estadia foi ótima, anfitrião muito solícito e sempre responde muito rápido. Os colaboradores da portaria sempre muito gentis e educados. A vista é perfeita, tudo funcionando certinho e muito limpo, a comodidade de ter dois supermercados próximos facilitou bastante. Recomendo e com certeza voltaremos em breve. Até!!!

It was okay. Wouldn’t book again. Location is great and looks just like the pictures but communication with host SUCKS. Response time is 7+ HOURS. Plus, they give you like 3 different contact numbers, I was lucky with one of them which required I text them off a different app. This is not right. I should not be using other apps to talk to a host. Apartment without toilet paper, had to go out and get our own - didn’t get any until the next morning (1 roll for 5 days lol). Front desk wouldn’t give us any TP because they’re not responsible since it’s not a “hotel”. That apartment is independently owned. Didn’t receive check-in instructions until hours after check-in time. I did appreciate front desk holding our suitcases before check-in and after check-out. That was greatly appreciated.

Negative: in the check in, they were pending of me too late, the pasaword to enter the flar u have to request it, i think that detail could be better

I was thinking about writing this review or not, but I decided to do it anyway because for me this stay was unpleasant.

There was a strong sewer smell coming from the sink near the kitchen. When turning on the water, the smell became much stronger, and since the kitchen is connected to the living room, it spread through the entire apartment.

The apartment is very small. For two people it already feels tight, and it’s definitely not suitable for more than two guests. It’s not a place to work or comfortably spend time inside, mainly a place to sleep and then leave.

The rooftop view is very nice, but the view from the apartment itself is not good.

If these issues are updated or fixed in the future, the apartment could be okay to stay in. It would be nice if the host could inform guests once improvements are made.

This review is written respectfully toward the host and not to cause damage, but to share my honest experience.

Quick stay after meetings. Building is impecable. Very modern decoration, and the city view at nights is amazing. The same as staying at an hotel suite.

Clear and quick communications with the host. Very professional.

Check in could be a little faster, but nothing to worry about

Great location, close to everything and a bus stop right outside the apartment. Beautiful floor to ceiling windows. Had to buy an additional add on for an office suite on their website they link and received only an office chair and a small table. Overall wonderful place

Amazing and comfortable
Positive: The property was amazing, totally recommended to stay here. Views were incredible, the place was lovely and completely equipped!
Negative: Parking was a bit confusing when arriving after 8 pm
