Primeiramente preciso dizer que ao entrar você já se sente acolhido, pois o apartamento estava muito cheiroso.
O espaço é ótimo, com todo o necessário para uma estadia confortável.
Cama grande e confortável, roupa de cama, travesseiros e toalhas de qualidade. Um armário espaçoso para guardar os pertences. Ar condicionado no quarto e na sala que proporcionam um grande alívio nos dias quentes do Paraguay (como nós pegamos 😅).
A cozinha tem todo o necessário para preparar refeições.
Enfim, o espaço como um todo é excelente. Nota máxima.
Além disso, os porteiros são muito educados e solícitos.
O bairro é seguro, com ótimos restaurantes ao redor, shopping próximo é fácil acesso ao centro.
Ficamos extremamente felizes com nossa estadia.

Excelente estadía. Todo lo que muestran en las fotos es así. El lugar impecable, no tuvimos inconvenientes para ubicarlo y realmente es un lugar donde encontramos todo para que nuestra estancia fuera la mejor. Recomendado 100%

The apartment is modern, and it has everything you need for long stays :) The wifi is fast and stable, there's a washing machine in the building, they help you get water delivered to your door, and they answer the messages extremely fast. Everything was very smooth with our stay, and we totally recommend this place!

Estancia en familia muy agradable , el check in , super comodo , siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier consulta o duda que pudiera haber.
El departamento muy cómodo , con los artefactos y utensillios necesarios para poder manejarse de manera optima .
Se encuentra en una zona tranquila , donde podes salir a caminar por las tardecitas .
Hermoso lugar .

The apartment is great, it has all the amenities you can hope for, the pool is nice and clean, the gym is well equipped and the working space has an amazing view.
The building is clean and elegant, location is good, near to several malls and entertainment, but a bit far for the main touristic area.
I give 4 stars because they didn’t provide the basics for a short stay like salt, sugar and coffee. The shampoo and body wash were enough for a single day and it was only available in one bathroom.
Those things are standard for any Airbnb nowadays and I actually expect a lot more when it comes to a luxurious apartment.

The place was kind of small but fine and clean. The location is great.
But I was really dissatisfied that, when I lost my access card and reported it, I got a response until the day after and they wanted to charge me 60 dollars for a replacement (I know those cards are very cheap).
I'm glad the people at the building helped me to get inside and offered a card replacement for less than a half the host wanted to charge me which is still expensive but not as bad.
Them trying to abuse in that way was disappointing

Our stay was very smooth, and we didn't have a single issue with the apartment. It has everything you need, the wifi is great, and the hosts are so nice and accommodating. Also, they answer super fast, which is really useful. We totally recommend this place to anyone coming to Asuncion.

Great apartment! Beautiful interior, super clean, and really well equipped. Loved being able to use the gym too, and just a 2 minute walk from a big supermarket.

Muy buena opción, relativamente cerca del aeropuerto, sin estar en medio de la ciudad de Panamá, que tiene mucho tránsito.
Para nosotros fue ideal porque la familia estaba en Costa del Este, a poco minutos.

This was a very nice apartment; it was nicely furnished and comfortable. It was a short walk to the Paseo de Galeria and a relatively inexpensive Uber ride into the historical center of Asuncion. Great value for the money. My issues with my stay here were fairly minor. I was disappointed that I was not allowed to check in even two seconds early considering my very early arrival, but I understand that a guest checked out on the same day and that I had no right to do so. A lack of coffee was rectified quickly. When I called at noon about the water having been shut off, I was told that they would get back to me, but nobody ever did. The water came back on at 3:00PM. There was only one broken lounge chair by the small pool plus one more in the stairwell.

Great apartment, near good restaurants and shopping. i would stay here again.
