Muy buena unidad, ideal para descansar con la familia. Estuvimos con niños y pasamos súper bien! Volvería a quedarme aquí sin dudas

El apartamento esta muy bien ubicado, lo único malo es que no es como en las fotos. El apartamento no tiene divisiones hechas como en las fotos, sino que es todo entero, por ende las camas no tienen privacidad porque todo se ve. Seria bueno que se respete el apartamento tal cual las fotos. El resto todo ok

Desde a recepção, nossa experiência foi maravilhosa! Os porteiros foram sempre muito atenciosos e prestativos, e a acessibilidade do local também é excelente.
O apartamento é amplo, muito limpo, organizado e extremamente confortável. Foi aquele tipo de lugar em que a gente se sente tão bem que dá até vontade de ficar mais alguns dias hahaha.
Se você está procurando um lugar tranquilo, confortável, bem cuidado e gostoso para se hospedar, com certeza este é um local que eu recomendaria. Tivemos uma ótima experiência e esperamos voltar em uma próxima oportunidade!

O imóvel é uma excelente escolha para quem deseja se hospedar com conforto e também fica muito bem localizado, uma caminhada de poucos minutos e vai estar no Shopping del Sol, opções de restaurantes, supermercado. Recomendo a hospedagem e voltarei sempre que estiver disponível!

Lärmbelästigung: Zahlreiche Klimaanlagen-Außengeräte direkt an der Schlafzimmerwand verursachen sehr lautes Brummen sowie teilweise Rasseln und Klappern. Völlig inakzeptabel, da guter Schlaf für mich das Wichtigste an einer Unterkunft ist.

Erstattung: Der Host weigerte sich zunächst, 150 € zu erstatten, mit der Begründung, die Geräte lägen nicht in seiner Verantwortung. Eine solche Einstellung finde ich sehr enttäuschend. Airbnb bestätigte die Erstattung.

Küche: Unzureichend ausgestattet. Nicht einmal ein Geschirrtuch war vorhanden.

Sicherheit: Die Tür lässt sich von innen nicht separat verriegeln, sondern nur über das elektronische Schloss. Das empfinde ich als sehr unsicher.

Ich habe bisher noch nie weniger als 4 Sterne vergeben. Aufgrund der erheblichen Lärmbelästigung kann ich hier jedoch nicht mehr als 2 Sterne geben. Wer Gäste beherbergt, trägt ihnen gegenüber Verantwortung. Es geht nicht nur ums Geld verdienen.

Very nice building and apartment. Wonderful distribution of the space. Balcony a big plus. Very well lit naturally during daytime. The kitchen is fully stocked, even though certain utensils could be replaced for new ones (eg: pan, restock forks...), but all in all every basic thing was there. The bed was quite comfy. Washer and dryer in the apartment another big plus. Plenty of storage space. The only important con I would say was the foul smell coming through the ventilation at times (from the bathroom). Not sure where it came from or why. Not sure if it is a building thing anyway and nothing can be done, but it is there.

We had a great stay at this apartment in Asunción. It was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped with everything we needed. The location in Villa Morra was excellent, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and other amenities nearby. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily stay here again.

Este hospedaje lo reservé para mi suegra, siempre hospedo a mi familia y amigos acá. Pero esta vez teníamos la fiesta de mis hijas y ella llegó tarde. El llavín del apartamento estaba dañado y no abría, ella se quedó fuera hasta la 1AM! Localmente NADIE tiene idea de cómo resolver y solo atienden personas fuera del país que no saben cómo resolver algo así. Fue una experiencia terrible! Mantenerse hasta la madrugada fuera es una falta de respeto.

If you’re looking for a convenient, comfortable, and well-connected stay in Montréal, Corporate Stays delivers. Our apartment was lovely, featuring high ceilings, ample storage, and abundant natural light.

We encountered a few hiccups upon arrival, including dirty floors, a broken window handle, stained bedsheets, and a broken kettle. However, the responsive concierge team resolved every issue via email within 24 to 48 hours (though we opted to mop the floor ourselves).

A few functional oversights kept the stay from being perfect: we had to purchase our own bathroom hand soap and kitchen surface cleaner, which feel essential for a two-week stay. This location also lacks the luggage storage facilities mentioned on their website, so plan accordingly if arriving early or leaving late.

Overall, I would recommend staying here. The space is lovely and the team is helpful. It’s a solid 4/5 stars—just missing a few small functional details that would make it an amazing 5 star stay. ⭐
