Corporate Stays Reviews

The check in process was a bit confusing - there was no one at the front desk and the lockbox you have to find would be hard without help. The e-mail didn't talk about parking, but the front desk security guard was amazing and helped me out and actually gave us free parking. Our room was nice, perfect size. There laundry left on the floor, I am guessing from the cleaning crew that they forgot. The only problem was the room was over 25 degrees, we couldn't get the AC to work, let them know right away but nothing was ever done with it. We had to sleep with the window open and did not realize that there were that many sirens that go off in downtown Calgary. Sleep was very hit and miss due to this. I think if the AC Unit was working the stay would have been so much better. It is a great little unit, the building and amenities are great.Even with that stuff I would definitely recommend - Especially when Hotel rooms were 700/night at the same time.

Great location, accommodation and service. I highly recommend!

The apartment is a good size and looks like the photos. The amenities (pool and gym) are okay. The main problem was it was quite a noisy location, if you are sensitive to noise. There is a bar nearby which is audible at night: and nearby construction during the day.

I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5.

The thing that stood out was the responsiveness of the staff. They were fast and helpful. But handling the issue took longer.

An example was lack of towels based on the number of guests. We were three guests and only were provided two sets of towels. When I called and asked for another set, they were asking if I wanted an additional set which I was not, but I was asking in accordance to the number of guests that were include in the booking of the apartment, they couldn’t provide towels on weekends. I only was there for four nights, so I had to purchase my own towel. Two days later they brought one towel instead of a full set.

In addition the apartment wasn’t as clean as I hoped for it to be. Regardless of my high standards, for the price, I would only expect to have a spotless place which unfortunately it was not. The floors were not clean and it was dusty around different areas, and water/soap marks on drawer handles, even hair on the ground.

Buena ubicación y excelente servicio

We really enjoyed our stay at this appartement! It’s lovely. It’s well decorated, very well equipped (water, coffee, tea, shampoo, and even conditioner!!, things to cook, a washing machine…), secure with someone 24/7 at the reception, quiet overall (you can sometimes hear cars or music, but it’s really not disturbing) and the people who manage the place are very responsive and will attend to your every need!

I recommend staying here ✨

It was a great location. Priced really well.

The place was as described. It was my fault for not reading about paid parking. There is pay per hour parking available or you can pre-arrange a parking pass. Communication was prompt and the place was very tidy. The building was secure & quiet. We barely saw anyone else our whole stay.
