Great studio apartment in a modern building. The location is great with a big grocery store located just a 2 minute walk away and close to a lot of coffee shops and the mall.

Check in was easy and the host was responsive any time I had questions.

I recommend this place.

The place is great, professionally managed and the gym a great addition.

Small hiccup at check-in and we had to directly call them to get in, but other than that all went perfect.

Had a wonderful stay here. The apartment I received differed slightly from the listing, but it was still very good overall. The location was convenient and walkable to downtown, where I was attending conferences. There were also multiple nearby bus stops and routes, making it easy to get around.

La verdad nunca volvería a ir me tuvieron desde las 4 hasta las 9 de la noche afuera porque no se sabían el código de la puerta y tuve que bajar a hablar con la guarda como mil veces, la cama es horrible el control del aire no tenía baterías, el tele no sirve las personas responsables del Airbnb ni me tenían registrados tuve que esperar como una hora para que contestaran y me pusieran, todo mal la verdad cada segundo ahí fue una mala experiencia…

Should have been a five-star stay, but several significant issues held it back. The apartment itself is beautiful, modern, and well appointed. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, reliable hot water with strong water pressure, comfortable bed, and three separate air conditioning units made the space very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the check-in experience was frustrating. Upon arrival, I was locked out of the apartment for about 30 minutes because of a deadbolt key I had not been given access to. Management was unresponsive for roughly two hours. The in-room safe was also inoperable, and the WiFi information provided was incorrect.

Amenities access was another problem. I was repeatedly locked out of the gym and pool area, and even after completing the fingerprint registration process, access still did not work properly.

The property itself has strong potential, but the operational and management issues need improvement to justify a five-star rating.

The place was clean went When we needed assistance, they responded immediately via the app. It is very well located. The building is very clean, and the person at the front desk is very friendly.
