Excelente alojamiento

Positive:
Great location in Costa Del Este. Modern apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Building facilities were top notch, pool and gym were great. Staff in building friendly and professional. Italian restaurant downstairs was amazing, lots going on in the local area to walk to. Look forward to returning in the future.

Negative:
Not within the building or owners control, but construction going on in the plot next door which meant 6am through to evening construction noise, was hard to do work calls from apartment due to noise. Only a temporary issue and not a reflection of the accommodation itself but something to note if staying close to my review.

We've stayed here once before and it continues to be a great option for visitors to Costa Del Este. We plan on being back here again for 1-2 months as we relocate to Panama. Jose is awesome along with his colleagues at Corporate Stays. He showed us a 2-bedroom unit and helped us plan for our longer stay in the near future. Super helpful!

Great option in Recoleta. Manfred was a very friendly host and very responsive with communications. Good location, away from the main roads, a 5-6 minute walk to Shopping Mariscal and the open-air Plaza Mariscal food truck/bar area, and under 2 minutes to the more upmarket La Cuadrita restaurant district. Patria Parrilla is recommended. Lots of further good eating/drinking options nearby. (The well-known O Gaucho - go hungry! 🙂 - is 7 blocks away on the same street.) There's a Supermercado Real and two Superseis supermarkets within walking distance. The flat was immaculately clean and well-maintained, in a well-managed building with 24-hour security.

We zijn heel goed ontvangen bij aankomst. De communicatie verliep vlot en vriendelijk, en we mochten zelfs eerder inchecken, wat erg fijn was. Het appartement was schoon, comfortabel en voelde veilig aan. De locatie was rustig en we hebben ons hier meteen op ons gemak gevoeld. Zeker een aanrader — we zouden hier graag nog eens verblijven!

Excelente ubicación, tranquila y silenciosa para lo que es Asunción y a tres cuadras del shopping. Tenes todo cerca.
Lo único a notar es que si quieren hacer un asado hay que pagar la reserva del sum al edificio y es solo con transferencia bancaria. No es responsabilidad del host de todos modos así que le doy un 9/10

Locatie is prima dicht bij shopping mall en La Curadita met restaurants.
Alleen gebouw is mega gehorig.
Als er een telefoon gaat hoor je dat of je er naast zit. Buren zijn vreselijk aan het gillen en schreeuwen. Daarover hebben we een klacht ingediend, maar het werd er niet beter van. Het was vervelend want één van ons was onwel en moest daarom de gehele dag binnen blijven. Tussen het gegil van de buren. Maar ook snachts is er mega overlast van muziek op straat.
Als je een rustige plek zoekt. Dan moet je hier niet zijn.
